A few minor things but nothing significant: temperamental safe not so easy to close, doors don’t have much soundproofing, not many lighting options in the room - either all lights on or very dim, nothing in between

Everything was just perfect . the hotel staff knowing that was our honeymoon had extra care of us . Our room was upgraded and they took care of all the details : flowers, cake ,roses , drinks and all sort of room's decorations. Maxine and all her team really helped us to enjoy as much we could our stay . we will definitely go back to enjoy a relaxing weekend using all the facilities of the hotel , from the very good restaurants until the amazing pool . looking forward to go back .

Staff was very supportive, gave me an upgrade to a bigger and nicer room! Breakfast and entertainment facilities are awesome! Location is perfect and next to nice sightseeing places.

Since the hotel was crowded we often have to queue up for breakfast. Staff English abilities was quite low.

Clean, comfortable rooms and an amazing outdoor pool (there is a pirate ship and huge play areas for kids and a swim-up bar for adults). This place is very enjoyable. The indoor pool is also impressive and the weight room is exceptional. One of the largest breakfast spreads I have ever seen awaits, and the room service options and quality are high.

Expect long waits for breakfast on holidays. The entry road to the east is two-way and it can take 10 minutes to get in/out of the property by car. Why doesn't the hotel just make this a one-way road and alleviate the traffic problem?

A lovely room, comfortable bed (with extra pillow options!), great huge bath, fantastic shower, walk in dressing room...... absolutely no complaints. The outdoor pool and ‘beach’ was also great and perfect for a few hours of sun and relaxation. All staff were friendly and helpful. The location is right next door to OCT metro, and the Splendid China attraction which is well worth a visit.

It isn’t a cheap hotel, but prices for the mini bar in the room were still ridiculously high - 45RMB for a small can Pringles, 88 for a small mineral water!!

Excellent choice of breakfast - Western, Asian and Chinese - too much to choice from!! The duty officer, Ms Kris Wu, was extremely helpful and managed to be online with any of our requests and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
