Cadre magnifique, belle chambre, belle piscine et personnel sympathique. L'endroit est très calme et reposant. Des activités gratuites sont proposées comme le kayak et la navette pour les plages - 2 fois par semaine - et la location de vélo. Bon petit déjeuner.

Quelques déboires au restaurant de l'hôtel: service long, plats manquants sur la carte ou modifiés sans nous prévenir du coup les derniers jours nous avons mangé à l'extérieur. Organisation au restaurant à revoir malgré un personnel très sympathique. Les vélos ne sont pas en bon état. La sortie à la plage un peu courte, à peu près 2h30.

Beautiful place with amazing atmosphere and kind staff. We were there in the rainy season, and it was still great - we would recommend you to rent a scooter or car though, just because you're a bit further away from everything!

The price of the steam room.

I loved everything about this place. The concept at this retreat is well-thought-out. The whole resort is absolutely beautiful and you immediately feel relaxed once you set a foot in there. The day I arrived, I laid down in my bed and had lots of ants in there. I went to reception and they immediately gave me an upgrade to another room and I highly appreciated that. This is how the service at a great resort should be like. In general, statt is incredibly welcoming and every single dish I had at this retreat was amazing. They use fresh ingredients, some of them even grow in their gardens, and you can really taste the difference. Their breakfast was superb too and I also loved their fresh juices. I also did an abdominal detox massage with Kailash, which had quite an effect on me. Apart from giving amazing detox massages and yoga classes, Kailash is one of those kind of humans whose energy will stay with you for quite a while. I’ve been on a one year world trip, which is coming to an end in a few days. The stay here at The Spa Koh Chang was my favorite one in my whole year and I’m grateful that they made my last days on this trip so memorable.

The green surroundings and landscape. Nice views from the restaurant. Food quality is good ( when it finally arrives)

Unprofessional ill trained staff. Room amenities not working properly. ( AC wasn't cooling flooded the room with water). Restaurant staff difficult to deal with and service really really slow. Hard to communicate ( very few people speak English) . Strangely being a spa hotel they charge 300 thb for a basic facility like sauna. ( and 400 thb for a yoga class - would have been a nice touch to make it complimentary) The hotel is also on a quieter side of the island ( not a bad thing) but it's really far away from any good views of the beach or other restaurants.
