Location , location, location...and value for money. It was also spotless and had everything an apartment needs. Air-con was essential and very good. The hosts were charming and very helpful. I scored the facilities a star down because this is not a full service hotel. HOWEVER, within 100 metres of our front door were at least 6 pubs (most serving great food) and 3 of those were on the beach!!!. The beach is 15 steps from the front gate. Main strip 1 minute away and the old town begins about 4 minutes away
Very little really. Once you accept that there in no bar or restaurant "on site" and only a small pool (plunge pool?). BUT everything you could want is right beside you......this place is pretty perfect.

We like everything about erika apts. This was our sixth visit. The owners are so welcoming and helpful. On the beach location, near good pubs and restaurants what more could you ask from a holiday 😀.

Seaview. Close to restaurants and main area of Corralejo. Lovely well kept pool.
Unable to sleep until 06:30 in the morning due to music from adjacent venue every night. WI-FI and aircon very poor.

Great location for beach and town. Close to good resturants Apartments were basic but met our needs. Management were superb. Apartments were spotless. Window glazing kept out the noise at night. It was a perfect find.
Pool was on the small side but wasn't an issue as right on the beach.

Our 3rd visit so we knew the property and staff (who made us very welcome) therefore our expectations were met in full.
Spacious apartment with enough kitchen utensils to make breakfast and light lunch as required. Cleaning of rooms Tuesdays and Fridays but additional towels etc. provided upon request in between as Mauro and Louisa attended every morning to deal with any issues and requests. Easy to keep the apartment tidy with the equipment provided to each unit.
Beds were comfy and spare blankets and pillows provided should those be needed. Take plenty of hangers as there were only around 8 in the wardrobe and no drawers just a few shelf spaces
Plenty of hot water with decent pressure in the shower
Ground floor suits us well as the large terrace has enough room for sunbeds, dining table and chairs and drying rack. Upper floor has the views towards the beach.
Plenty of restaurants etc. nearby but Erika is still a peaceful place to stay and is our 'go to' accommodation when we visit Corralejo.

Nothing that the owners/managers can control but there was noise from local beach bars in the early hours - more of a dull throb but occasionally partygoers were still in 'party mode' as they departed and walked up the road. However with windows and doors closed and aircon on this could be filtered out somewhat.

Great location. Close to everything & didn't hear a sound at night. Very large apartment.
Cold apartment & no heating, only A/C. A lot of wasted space & the smallest kitchen area of I've ever seen. A bit disappointed with the single beds, I was expecting a double.
