Lovely staff, they're so polite, friendly and ready to help you at anytime! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, very well located and the room so cosy! Great breakfast! Everything was just lovable! We highly recommend it and can't wait to go again!

Quiet but central location. Easy to find from the T2 Tram. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good range of items at breakfast.

Suihku (ainoa) oli kylpyammeessa. Se oli epäkäytännöllinen ja hankala käyttää. Laatu/hinta -suhteessa kallis. The shower (the only one) was in the bathtub. It was impractical and awkward to use. Expensive in the quality/price ratio.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and the rooms were great.

The bathtub... I'm only 5'8, and I could barely squeeze into this bathtub it was uncomfortable. Felt like a straight jacket. The caulking was coming out of the walls. The breakfast was pretty in pictures, but in actuality, it was tasteless. The eggs were watery, the bacon was not bacon, and the coffee was un-drinkable. It really was one of the reasons I picked this spot, my wife likes her American Breakfast...I should have known better😒 Maybe they should just stick to Italian breakfast rather than trying to accommodate American breakfast that's just not edible. At least they had a few pastries, missing the graffas, were perfect. 🥰

The property was wonderful. The hotel was in a centralized location which was quick and easy to walk to and from the train station with luggage as well as it made it easy to venture around Florence
