Quiet location and a comfortable walk into the town - 30-40 minutes or there was a bus stop just outside the entrance to the YHA.
Friendly staff and facilities there were well provided

Continental was good value for money. Quality items.
This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this location. I was a bit disappointed that from 0315 am a group of females sat out in the gardens talking very loudly, right under our window on the 3rd floor, and no staff on site asked them to be quiet. This went on until 4am. Not the best of night's sleep this stay. We are undecided if we would at this YHA again which is a shame as everything else is perfect.

The Shakespeare performance the night before. But that didn't have much to do with the hostel itself.

A lovely building in a lovely setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was lots of entertainment for kids and the food was really nice. We would definitely stay again.
The only downside was a very noisy large family in the room above sounded like they were jumping on the floor until gone midnight and then again before 6 so we didn't get a lot of sleep. This was a shame as the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

All you can eat Breakfast available. Family friendly atmosphere. Nice big kitchen with all facilities. Clean and tidy with helpful staff.

Nice YHA with game room, lounge & kitchen.
4 bedder room is quite cramp. Toilet flush is slow in the room. Wifi signal is weak. Lucky we are offered with a better room where wifi & toilet works!

The house is really big, well maintained, and very clean. It was a quiet house which I really like. The toilets were very comfortable.
The location is far from city center (~45 mins walk). The buses were not frequent. The pillows and the beds could be more comfortable.

The Georgian building, the surrounding ground, area, facilities such as table tennis, board games, various rooms to relax in, decent WiFi, self catering area was clean and good. Showers were good and drained well.
Nice to have serving bar. Nice to have outside eating areas and benches around the building. Xylophone in the garden was added extra for the children.
The interior building work need attention like the game room ceiling and lights.

A beautiful old Georgian mansion set in lovely grounds. Never stayed in a YHA before, I think I’ve been spoilt! Staff lovely, very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Bunks comfy & clean! I would definitely stay again!

Large clean room with bonus of a private bathroom. Beautiful grounds and surrounding area. Friendly helpful staff. Although this is a hostel, it really felt like a hotel.
Poor Wi-Fi although this is not the end of the world. Would have been if we had brought out kids along though😂

location was beautiful, staff were absolutely excellent, clean and cheaply priced.
We loved everything overall
The only thing we had an issue with was the comfort of the beds. The mattresses were not good- we could feel the metal from the bunks through the mattress. The second night we resorted to double up the mattresses on the floor and we all got on them so that it was softer.

The location is very convenient to reach plenty of visiting places like Shakespeare's town, Warwick Castle etc.
We liked facilities in the hostel: fully equipped kitchen was very useful travelling with kids and game room, Tv room.
We've tried your provided breakfast and it was tasty and for very reasonable price.
All was better than expected.
