Love the staff and location

Bed and Pillows uncomfortable, room very old.

The place is very cute. Not modern, but a well kept and cozy place. Location is central, which is great. Staff was friendly.

Extremely noisy. Whenever someone moved on the floor above, it sounded as the roof would come down.

Breakfast is really good. There was plenty of space in the room where I was in - it was like an own apartment. Location is silent and rooms comfortable.

It would be good somehow in advance make clients aware of the check-in process, where the key is in a box and you need to call to a certain number in order to get the code for the box. Maybe sending a code as an sms in principle and calling only as a back-up option would be better. TV did not work at all - did not really bother me, but would be good to get corrected for next customers.

Dirty floor in our cottage, especially in the bedroom - dust behind the door and papers under the bed.

Friendly staff. Super breakfast, especially because the hotel is not very large. Warm and cold buffet and waffles. The room was actually a house with a lot of space, kitchen and a comfy bed. Stenungsund is not special, but it is close to a lot of beautiful villages along the coast. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It was not spotlessly clean, however, not really bad, and it did not bother us. This seems to be the case almost everywhere in Sweden.

Lack of soundproofing between rooms.

Stayed here twice in September 2021 for work. The hotel was pleasant to be in both. They serve a great breakfast and you cant beat the location ! They are not super quick but attend and responsive to the requests and complaints. Staff is friendly. Recommended.

The walls are a bit thin and the ceiling low in some rooms.

Very Swedish, comfortable, well located.

Some aspects were a little dated. Room signs in Swedish only.

The room and the bed smelled like a burger restaurant. Rooms could'nt have been more tiny. It was not clean at all. The bathroom was awful and very small. 70's look.

Nice breakfeast

Real nice location, competitive price, a complete room and facilities, very good (open buffet) breakfast.

10m2 for a room was a bit tight. Somebody with 1.80m should ask specific for this this check to the hotel. Also the sound isolation between the rooms was not the best I think.

Helpful staff and good hotel location.

A collection of old buildings does not mean a good hotel. Breakfast was just okay but did not work in a small room, completely COVID unsafe.

I had a wonder time there and I recommend everyone to go there anytime 😃
