I found the location and staff great.

All the solo dinners were put at individual tables at the front of the restaurant making you feel very uncomfortable.

Everything was ready - the staff had our reservation.

The bathroom smelt of drains and was very tired

Location close to the motorway. Good size family room. Quiet.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We had a family suit which could sleep 5 in 4 beds, separate toilet and shower was great.

Nice enough hotel once you get inside. The usual Ibis decor and room facilities. We stayed 3 nights and used it as a base for exploring the area. The room was OK. Friendly staff. Secure car park. We didn't do breakfast. There is a large retail park and restaurants situated 10-15 minutes walk away.

Quite a way from the town centre. A bit too far to walk. We walked it once and it took the best part of 55 minutes, and then came back on the tram. The nearest tram stop is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The immediate area of the hotel is rather shabby and the hotel lies below a large circular car park, which services a nearby sports centre. Each afternoon into late evening dozens of people congregate in the car park, shouting, drinking and generally making a lot of noise. Our room was situated above the entrance, so we had that noise to contend with as well and were forced to keep the window closed. Opposite the hotel, a small group of men gather underneath a tree and play cards. It all added up to a strange location for a hotel.

really tired, needs complete overhaul. the bathroom was awful not only old and worn but the shower curtain was dirty, mould all round the bathroom.. didn’t notice when we arrived as we were tired. but in the morning it blatantly obvious. our bed was okay and clean. we reported to reception in the morning but they just said some rooms are renovated and others not, unfortunately ours wasn’t and they were quite dismissive.

Good value family suite with excellent breakfast, a few minutes drive from ferry

Good value for money and outstanding breakfast which puts many much more expensive hotels to shame. Secure parking in a nice quiet area of Caen.

Despite booking ages in advance a twin room none were available with shower but the friendly staff sorted out a family room which worked fine.

Everything was good, just a little thing to improve. Would be better to have the possibility to close the shower to avoid the water on the floor.
