Le petit déjeuner et les membres du staff très gentils et serviables

Même s’il y avait une dame qui venait vérifier le nettoyage, une des femmes de ménages ne nettoyaient pas correctement la chambre. Aussi concernant la chambre, le lit est inconfortable et le jet de douche est à revoir.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, toll dass man Eier oder Pancakes bestellen kann, viele frische Früchte. Zimmer sind im neuen Haus sehr modern und frisch. Lage ist super.

Beim Frühstück könnte man einige pflanzenbasierte Optionen für Milch und Joghurt anbieten, für Veganer ist das Hotel nicht geeignet.

Konum harika, sırf Valetta için değil çok yere kolaylıkla gidiliyor. Otobüs durağı 100 metre falan. Otelin kahvaltısı gayet iyive yeterli her şey var. Odalar temizdi, tereddütüm vardı ama gayet hoşuma gitti.

Sadece odalar ses geçiriyor o biraz üzücüydü. Neyseki kulak tıkacım vardı.

incroyable cet hôtel. excellent rapport qualité/prix je dirais même imbattable. le personnel est super gentil, l’accueil agréable, chambres propres, choix varié au petit déjeuner, on a pu sortir plais tard de la chambre et ce sans payer de frais (parce qu’il y avait des disponibilités mais d’autres hôtels font payer quand même) Merci on y reviendra avec plaisir.

A mio modo avevo prenotato un hotel 4 stelle che di 4 stelle non so cosa abbia. La mia camera (executive) non la trovo in alcuna foto su Booking ed era con mobili fatiscenti e le porte che stavano perdendo la pellicola. Per accedere si deve scendere di un piano sotto il livello della strada tramite delle scale e senza ascensore. Con valigie grandi e passeggino è un’impresa, per fortuna il ragazzo della reception mi è venuto in soccorso aiutandomi con il passeggino dato che mio figlio stava dormendo e non avrei saputo come fare. Immaginate chi è in carrozzina. Come dovrebbe fare? Avevamo chiesto una culla sia in fase di prenotazione e sia tramite messaggi con la struttura ed era stata confermata ma al nostro arrivo (nonostante lo avessi ancora ricordato in fase di check-in e che mi fosse confermata la presenza) della culla non c’era traccia. Dopo averla chiesta tramite telefonata alla reception mi era stato detto di poterla avere il giorno successivo. Dove avrebbe dovuto dormire mio figlio di 1 anno e mezzo? Dopo essere stati insistenti ce l’hanno portata in camera la stessa sera. Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di capodanno e poco prima di uscire per il cenone, durante il bagno del bambino, l’acqua è venuta a mancare facendolo rimanere insaponato. Ci sono voluti 3/4 d’ora per farla ritornare con conseguente stress per riuscire ad arrivare in tempo al ristorante dato che dovevamo tutti fare la doccia dopo una giornata in giro per Malta. Colazione pessima, il pane era congelato all’interno, i cornetti sembravano finti e la maggior parte delle cose erano confezionate.

Location was amazing as was the view from the roof top. Room was clean and tidy and bed was huge. Breakfast was lovely great selection of choice.

Young girl receptionist didn't come across very reassuring when it came to hotel £50 deposit. Her demeanor didnt seem very trustworthy. Any questions I asked her throughout the stay she didn't have much knowledge regarding. When booking the sightseeing bus she requested cash, when we asked for a local cashpoint she wasn't very helpful. Just shrugged her shoulders when we said we didn't have any cash. But all in all, the other staff were lovely and helpful! The other problem we had was the cleaners were banging around super early in the morning in the corridors. Around 7.30/8am the cleaners were knocking on doors to clean rooms. This woke us up every morning. Therefore we chose to put the do not disturb on our door to prevent them walking in if we were asleep and didn't hear them knock. Quite late In the evening they were banging around still cleaning. The rooms weren't very noise proof as we could hear every conversation from down the corridor. But regardless from this we would most definitely stay for a short break! Not sure we would stay there during the summer for a longer relaxing holiday.

La posizione ottima, tutto collegato molto bene a piedi. Tutto molto pulito, staff accogliente.

Sinceramente non ho nessuna lamentela. Sono molto soddisfatta del servizio.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, super obsługa i jak zawsze pyszne posiłki.

Lovely, welcoming, and attentive staff. Very clean and spacious. Great central location with 24 hour supermarket s few doors down & bus stop at the end of the street. Great value. Safe, secure, and quiet.

The pools were a bit shady and they weren’t heated or well lit for evening use which is a shame. No stairs, only lifts (as far as I know)

Localisation

It was the worst hotel I've stayed in so far. The first one, they're liars. They threatened me with a 50,000 fine saying I had smoked in the room without proof. I've never smoked in my life in the morning and I'd never smoke in the room where I'm staying. What's more, there was a Parisian balcony where I could smoke. The elevator doesn't work very well. One night it didn't work, I had to go up to my room and my room was on the 10th floor. On summer days, the water was cut off one day during my stays. I don't recommend this hotel.

Good location and clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Thin walls and loud on the streets outside on the evenings into early hours of the morning meaning ear plugs are essential for sleeping at night. Should be noted we had to stay across the street from the main hotel and pool. A few rough edges here and there due to seemingly wanting to finish the build quickly but nothing too bad!

Very close to a beach and to lots of bars and restaurant, parking lot (if available) for 10€/day, modernly equipped room, view from the rooftop

breakfast could be better (especially the coffee, more variety of things would be great), air condition didn’t work (luckily the next day we could change the room), roof top bar wasn’t opened at the given hours

The location and the staff are very good!!! Everton, is an amaxing guy, help us a lot with great indications to catch public transports to get to several places and to Gozo and Comino by ourselves (without tours). The hotel is located on a street front to a bus stop with bus for a lots of places on Malta.

The pool should be open till 7/8pm (closes at 6pm).

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, especially the guy on reception on the night shift (Everton I think he was called)

I have no complaints

A pleasant hotel with excellent hosts who are always there for you and all the help and advice. The breakfast is excellent, the pool is nice and clean with a wonderful view. In an ideal location, the bus stop is close to all parts of Malta.

Aesthetics, I would suggest refreshing the rooms with a new color, and possibly replacing the mattresses, the room we stayed in is a bit vintage.

Very good level of breakfast. Very tasty and a big offer of meals.

We get a old, dirty room with dark bathroom and old furniture. I cannot use from the swimming pool because of the windy weather but it was not a problem for us. We checked pool and it was also old and dirty. We had unattractive view from window on garage and wall next building.

Clean and heated room.

Breakfast is not included. Room service disturbed before checking out. Small bathroom.

Nice hotel with kind staff

Very loud. You could hear everything out of the room- Other guests who are just talking and all the noise from outside the hotel, like a vication in a construction site
