Excellent reception, very welcoming ; good parking; excellent breakfast - I highly recommend the Kilbree bread ´ comfortable room.

Limited availability of tv channels - but due probably to the Irish broadcasting set up. Fan in bathroom not working .

Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was great, location was good (less than 10 minutes to Galway city parking at the cathedral).

Everything was great; water pressure in shower was a little weak but acceptable.

Room was spotless clean, warm and cozy. It was a cold and wet weekend in Galway so coming back to a warm and clean room was really comforting. Breakfast was also good, freshly made.

Breakfast was amazing! Room was wonderful with nice heavy towels, high-end pillows and bedding. The distance from the house to Eyre square and sites was a little far to walk. We loved the walk after our flight and drive, but you might want to consider this as it was 30-45 min each way. Michael was so helpful in helping us get to Rossveal docks and Aran Islands. If you only have one day to see Aran Islands, gett the earliest ferry. Bike ride was so fun!! Easy drive from the house.

The host acted friendly initially when I arrived.

I wasn't sure when the check out time was and when I went to ask the host, he told me it was 11am. I explained that my flight to London was at 17.20pm and he was gracious enough to let me wait at the lounge before my departure time. Unfortunately he threw me out when he heard from the staff that I had spilled sauce on the floor which I didn't. I was in a hurry to leave and didn't clean up as I would normally, I tried to explain and volunteered to clean the mess but like I said he turned unto something else and asked that I leave. Otherwise it would have been the best experience I had in Galway.

Spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom, toiletries were high quality. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice

this is not a criticism but we found that it was just too far out of the city for us

the property was really nice and it was about a 10 min walk going to the bus stop tht gets you to the city which is not too bad.
