Staff very welcoming and helpful. They were the ones saving a bad day (that had nothing to do with the hotel, but they were very supportive)

Staying at this hotel is a unique experience. The interior is so special and beautiful that you just walk around the hotel with a big smile on your face. The staff are incredible at making you feel at home and welcome. The breakfast is really good and fresh!

The friendly staff makes your day. If you stay for a week or more, it's great to have some personal attention during breakfast or dinner. As an example. They know your room number or coffee reference. The staff in the dining room does! The rooms are simple but comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean.
Actually, I don't know anything. The design of the room might not be your style but that is a personal thing. I perceived it as quite enthusiastic.

Breakfast was poor, fresh eggs were cold.
The airco did not work because the system was set to ‘winter time’. The rooms were uncomfortably hot because the weather in Italy was nice. No action taken from the staff to make it comfortable for us.

They didn't mention that the third bed was for young children not for adults. The hotel was noisy because of people coming late night. Couldn't sleep at all.

The staff is extremely professional and friendly, ready to help.

We would like to thank Giada for helping to find a dentist for my husband , which was not an easy task. She was always very helpful with anything we asked for.
The design of the lobby and the breakfast area was very dark for us, it was a bit oppresive. Breakfast was fine, but there was no lactose-free milk which I asked before arrival, therefore the breakfast was free.
