Es un hotel fantàstico , muy bien decorado , habitaciones espaciosas y muy confortables, muy bonitas . El personal muy amable . Desayuno perfecto !

Beautiful decor. front of house staff were professional breakfast was very good , rooms were well equipped and the hotel was extremely clean.
we had purchased a top for our daughter that went missing from our room the only other person who entered our room was the cleaner. we spoke to the front desk about the loss of our purchase which we knew we’d left in the room and they were very uninterested phoned the cleaner who said she hadn’t seen it and case was closed.

La ubicación, el desayuno, todo en general.
La habitación una vez que nos cambiaron porque nos quejamos ya que habíamos pedido ducha y la lista de recepción nos dio bañera con mampara diciendo que así teníamos todo. Una impresentable para un 5 estrellas. Lo arreglo la jefa d3 recepción. Una vez cambiada ,fenomenal
Me hubiera gustado saber antes de contratarlo, que el hotel estaba rodeado de obras, pero la ubicación excelente.

It’s comfortable and have many type of pillow to service. Spa Therapist is really nice , she has professional skill. Perfect location.
In The first day arriving , I ve found the spoon that already using in the Cocktail portion service in room. It’s so dirty because it was still have something stick on it.

A super hotel with lovely rooms with great facilities. A luxury feel to the hotel.
The breakfast was not good enough for a 5 star hotel at 25 euros. The 24 hours a day building work at both sides of the hotel was not good.

The location and the restaurant was excellent
The staff was generally "cold" and not very welcoming - especially at the reception. The bar staff was very knowledgeable and competent. The restaurant staff was nice but service was often slow.

never told how much construction is being done directly in front of hotel. noise at certain times and access to front of hotel for cab service difficult.

Through no-one's fault there are major works continuing 24.7directly outside hotel for the underground train
The noise is constant and definitely spoils your stay unless you are able to sleep through it, which was not.

good mid level hotel with great service.
Rooms small. and at the moment they are building a metro station outside the front door. do not book 4th floor front. no view as the Castellation on the front obscures views from the window

Hotel located right in the city center, walking distance to all the attractions, also close to shopping street.
Room in good size, very cozy and comfort.
Breakfast is good, so much choices, my teenage is happy with the food.
The only downside is the city subway construction is right in the front of the hotel, that brings inconveniences to the guest, also distracted room view to see the square. But hotel is trying to reduce the inconvenience as much as possible to their guest.

Fantastic location! Only global-brand hotel in the old town. Close to all attractions and good restaurants. The staff at the front door and concierge were exceptionally friendly!
Construction in front of the hotel. Not noisy but you have to make a detour. Breakfast offerings were limited and my sunny side up was not made to perfection throughout the stay.

Breakfast normal, we expected more from Intercontinental.
The menu was low in quantity, not enough product although they were kind to help us finding more in the kitchen.
There is a construction going on the main entrance.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms spacious and well equipped. It was my husbands special birthday, so we upgraded our room.
Breakfasts were fantastic & highly recommend!
They were doing construction work outside the hotel. Noisy but understand it was no one’s fault. Just a shame as spoilt the appearance and views of the hotel.
