One of our groups had to check out as air conditioning wasn’t working & another room had a door that couldn’t lock. We still had to pay for the unusable room.

staff were very friendly and accommodating.

there was black mould everywhere, front door didn’t lock and swipe cards didn’t work , the rooms smelt like mould and the beds were ripped falling apart , aircon didn’t work. would not recommend anyone paying to stay there. would not stay there ever again even if it was free.

Comfy bed and nice pool area. Also good to have a playground for the children and close to airport. Most of the staff were lovely (but not all)

Cost more than booked price + surcharge for paying by debit card. One, unadjustable temperature for the shower which burnt me. Not enough water pressure to wash or rince your toothbrush. At dinner we were given 3 glasses for water, 2 sets of knife and fork and 4 plates...for 6 of us! Pizza was doughy and yuck. Breakfast was curry or toast - defo need a better selection!

I only like the location.

I had horrible customer service provided. I had been told upon check in that I was to be give breakfast however later was told to pay the fee. really horrible service by the cashiers during early morning breakfast hours.

Good location to get to the airport. Good price.

The pool was a bit dirty, and the rooms were quite noisy. Not much staff, so the ones who were there really wanted to help but didn’t have much time to do so.
