We didn't like anything but the location.
It was dirty and smelled like dust. In the first room the toilet was broken we called and they send us a tech to fix it.
We were out for a few hours and when we came nothing was fixed and we called again and were told to get another tech.
We refused and asked for another room - there was no other room avail but when I asked for a refund they magically found one.
The new room was even worse - again dusty, but this time the door was broken and wasn't safe to stay. We just left the hotel after an hour and didn't even bother to ask for our refund.

Great location. Enormous room space and very quite. One of the best breakfast with plenty of choices and very spacious restorant. Good parking space.

The orange juice was not made from oranges :) it was like a sugary drink. It was hard to stop the water from running using the toilet - lots of water flowed out unnecessarily

In my case It's not bad, nor great. I get what i paid for.
Facilities are overall in good condition. Location of the hotel is great. 5 min from the city centre. You have parking in front of the hotel. Bed was comfy...
Small improvements can change the guest experience... Providing shower gel, soaps, slippers, drinks in the fridge, welcome water bottle etc...
This can be a great hotel if a little money is spent on room renovations...

Pretty old and dirty
I found cigarette ash in my sink, the toilet was dirty and a bit broken in the second room that I book for the same stay it was dirty as well and the shower was broken.
However the price was higher than for a nice new apartment in the city center

The location is good. There is 24h reception service.
We had 2 separate rooms, and neither of them were cleaned properly (especially the bathrooms). The furniture is old & the lights are poor.

Doors of the apartment couldnt lock so we stayed with unlocked doors for 5 days. Showerheads are awful, lighting is awful, breakfast is awful, spa doesn't work, there is no electrical outlet near the bed.
There is no maids to cleanup your room, change sheets and towels.

It was a business trip, the hotel was very close to the venue. I could quickly find restaurants nearby. I stayed in an appartment with two double beds. The wifi was excellent. The refrigerator and the hair dryer was a suprise for me. I could park my car beside the hotel.
All shower gel bottles were empty, the furniture were a bit oldish, there were an electric kettle and cups in the room, but no tea / sugar were there. The toilette flush button dangled, one window class was cracked.

The staff and service was very good. The location was superb for our needs. Would definately go back.
Overall the place showed signs of wear and tear whether it being from the hotel towels or lack thereof of multiple sockets. However value for money was more than enough.
