Well located hotel near restaurants, shops and marina. Spacious room.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Main Street. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Cable Car, Grand Casemates Square, Irish Town, etc.) sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Lediglich zum Europa Point und der Catalan Bay empfiehlt sich Auto oder Bus. Die Bereitstellung des gebuchten Zweibettzimmers hat problemlos geklappt. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Auch beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen (English Breakfast, frisches Obst, Cerealien, Käse, Wurst u. Schinken, Gemüse, Säfte, etc.). Toll auch, dass das Frühstücksrestaurant im 8. Stock liegt, so dass man beim Frühstück den Blick auf das Meer genießen kann. Zum Thema Parken: Die Zufahrt führt durch enge Straßen ist aber machbar. Das Hotel hatte uns vorher informiert, dass ein Parkplatz nicht vorreserviert werden kann und ggf. bei später Ankunft kein Parkplatz mehr zur Verfügung steht. Wir hatten Glück und haben zufällig einen Parkplatz bekommen (22 Pfund). Darauf verlassen sollte man sich nicht bzw. etwas Geduld mitbringen bis jemand wegfährt.

Service at reception can be a bit slow and the rooftop terrace is just OK. Nothing major though.

The location is excellent, downtown, just off the main street, but still quiet. The room was large for the cramped town area, and very comfortable. Out door pool and bar on the roof, and also the downstairs bar, were great to chill.

Breakfast seemed to be expensive, so we skipped it. Access it tight for cars/taxi's.

Breakfast was basic. Hot and cold options for everyone. Nice. But not fabbo. I may be being a bit mean. Top floor. Great views. Staff amazing. I would stay again without doubt.

Nobody would take cash behind the bars for drinks etc. I like to use cash. But when I offered a tip. They wanted cash. Oops.

Herr Stefano war so hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die Lage ist einmalig, sehr zentral gelegen und fußläufig zur Talstation erreichbar. Hervorragend ist, dass es Parkplätze direkt am Hotel gibt. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Tolle Terrasse und angenehme Musik. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und einen Balkon gab es auch. Tresor und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden! ALLES PERFEKT! Für den Autofahrer: Der Zufahrtsweg ist an einer Stelle besonders eng. Falls man mit dem SUV anreist, sollte am besten der Beifahrer aussteigen und Fahr-Anweisungen geben (und Ruhe bewahren), dann klappt alles bestens!!

Lovely hotel and excellent service. Great location for everything. Breakfast timings and offerings brilliant. The staff are a credit to the management.

There was an issue with dinner one evening. The food was cold and generally poor quality. We believe this was due to a sudden influx of unplanned visitors or cruise ship staff and this should have been better planned or managed. However the staff did their best to manage this difficult situation.
