Очень приятный персонал, отличное расположение. Были в Пасху, ресторан не работал, но для постояльцев готовили любой завтрак из меню вместо шведского стола, было очень вкусно, еще и яйцами крашеными угощали)
Вечером вода почему-то была еле теплая, душ не принять, хотя утром была горячая. В номере не было питьевой воды.

- Lack of outlets to charge electronics. We needed to move beds and unplug lamps in order to charge phones
- Shower door could not close fully, so after a shower the floor of the bathroom was soaked from escaping water

The location is in the city center of Novi Sad, and is about 25 minutes walk from the bus/train station. The main entrance of the hotel is at the backstreet but well designated.
However, it is a long way to Petrovaradin Fortress, but you can take the bus. I walk all the time which was the easy way to say all the sights.
Friendly staff, the normal check-in time was at 2:00 pm but I arrived early and they gave me my room without extra charge.
The standard rooms were small, which was adequate for single occupancy. In room you have a coffee maker, minibar and free wifi. The wifi connection works pretty well without interruptions and fast for downloading photos.
The bathroom is somehow too small which has toiletries and good warm showers.
Breakfast was included in the room price and served in buffet style starts from 8:00 to 10:00 at their restaurant. By the way, the hotel is equipped with restaurant but hasn’t eat there.
For the room price this hotel was genuinely worth it. And besides, they provide drinkable water if you have empty bottle you can refilled.
No elevator, but this was for me not a problem because I’m a light traveler with a small backpack but for people with suitcases this can be annoying.

Location and friendly staff
There wasn’t hot water for a shower in the evening, breakfast is under expectations and the toilet is tiny.

Veliki hotel is downtown, a few meters from the city center. It is decent, quiet, and the breakfast is very good, with an emphasis on local products. It is also clean and the receptionist was very helpful and polite.
They could avoid charging for espresso coffee at breakfast, it is bad for the very hospitable image of the hotel, and I guess the hotel would flourish also without the few additional dinars. The breakfast is from 8 to 10 only, and they won't bring you even coffee if you happen to be 10 minutes earlier than 8.

it’s nothing I “dislike”, but perhaps one thing that could be improved is adding more variety to the breakfast buffet.

Great hotel, great location. Although it's located only few meters from downtown, it's very peaceful and quiet, and the staff is extremely kind and servile.

The room is really big, with a separated bedroom - better than on pictures provided.
Friendly staff, we've arrived a bit earlier 14:00 but checked in without any questions.

Phenomenal place to stay at while in Novi Sad. Just a few short minutes from the city center and close to a plethora of great pubs and restaurants!

Just needed some attention to maintenance in the bathroom. I had to jam the shower head up with a cocktail still and the whole fitment needs replacing

Comfortable and spacious room, clean place, downtown, excellent breakfast. They bake their own bread by the way, which is excellent. Nice restaurant, as well.
Nothing I didn't like really. The furniture could be a little bit more carefully selected, and a lift would be usefull, as well.

The lady at the reception is the best, helped a lot with advice/our questions and our dog. The hotel is in just 3 minutes walk from the city center. Lovely Serbian breakfast just compliments the whole picture
The parking is a bit tight and difficult to get there with a bigger car

It's a good hotel in a great location right next to the center. There is a mini-bar in the room. Personnel is friendly
Beds could be more comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price, but the quality is such you better go elsewhere (other food in the restaurant is fine).

The hotel is centrally located, on a quiet street.
We booked two rooms but our friends couldn't come, but the hotel canceled the reservation at no additional cost.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location was spectacular, right in the heart of the city centre and close to all convenient shops, cafés and restaurants around.
The breakfast was very poor. We had to eat outside the hotel. The variety and quality were below expected!
