The fact that we had a big shower, nice balcony and air conditioning and the breakfast was pretty nice

We had twice the cleaning ladies coming in the room when the sign do not disturb was placed on the door. Once they cleaned the place and the second time, we caught the lady, by mistake, checking the fridge because she was sent from reception, this is what she said. After that, the do not dosturb sign disappeared from our room. We asked the reception for no one else to come in the room and we did not even get an apology. At the check out, they asked me to wait at the reception to check for the room which ia unusual for me in all the places I have ever been. They def do not have good customer service.

My hotel room was really lovely. Pool was great with plenty of sunbeds. Staff were really nice and friendly. The food was a bit basic and very repetitive.

The entertainment at hotel was very very poor. All centred around kids which is fine but there was nothing for adults at night. And the bar closed at 9.45 pm which I have never experienced before terrible. Hotel is too far away from Adeje so added expense getting taxi back and forward. Plus paying 20 euros for a towel is ridiculous considering price of holiday.

spotless relaxing and all staff were friendly . two pools one chill out and the other fun . I have been before and will be back . the apartments have thought of everything you need x

I would have preferred a higher apartment but will ask next time

rooms are very comfortable and really clean close to beach and supermarket restaurants bus stop taxis .. they have entertainment at the pool for all age groups .. staff are really nice and friendly

WiFi didn’t work for us and jacuzzi was broken for few days

Staff swimming pool and the lifegard great. the bar was good and modern flatscreen with hdmi plug very nice.

You have to upgrade your gym the hall is good but you need weights and matressess and bench for lifting. Then the gym would be perfect because there is nothing in the area.

the layout of the property was well thought out

the bed was very uncomfortable and we hardly slept which was a real shame

The property is modern and clean, great staff especially the Male activity leader.

No locks on bathroom.

The hotel was great. Friendly staff spacious rooms . lovely pool areas good value pool bar. all in all a great stay. The hotel is in easy walking distance of lots of good restaurants and there are walks from the hotel which we enjoyed. First time to callao salvaje. I was a bit worried it might be too quiet. I loved it peaceful but lots of hotels and restaurants. Better than I thought it would be.

If I had one gripe it was that the mattress on my bed was a little hard for my liking. Other than that a perfect stay.

everything been going a long time

Fully equipped kitchen, big apartment with a balcony, location close to the ocean and a bus stop. 24/7 reception with helpful workers.

Air conditioning wasn't working, so we opened the windows and the room was kept fresh. Settings in the TV brightness/contrast were blocked, it was a bit too bright

Bad experience. In May I contacted the hotel asking for the prices for a half-board stay in September, and they replied with a price; however, once I arrived at the hotel they told me a higher price. When I showed them the prices that they had sent me they just said that, that was the price when I contacted them (in May - 23.80 euro per adult per day, children from 6 to 12 years old only pay half price) and not the one applied during the period of my reservation (September - 30 euro per adults, children from 6 to 12 years old only pay half price ). As if I would eat at their restaurant in May and stay overnight in September... It's obvious that the price of the half-board stay I was enquiring about was related to my reservation that was already booked and not any other period. One evening we decided to go to the hotel's restaurant anyway and there they told us a whole other price, even lower than what they wrote to me in May ( 20 euro for adults. Children from 6 to 12 years old only pay half the price). The worst thing is that I spoke to two different receptionists and neither of them apologized or tried to solve the problem. They took a photo of the prices they had emailed me and sent it to their superior. I asked to speak to the person who was in charge, but they replied by saying that he would say the same things anyway. I insisted on talking to him but he never contacted me even if he had my mobile number and I had a phone in the room! I am at a loss of words, really unprofessional staff and I will never go back!

The room was modern, clean and roomy. The pool was lovely and the whole place was very clean and tidy

The food was very similar for every meal. It made meal times quite unexciting. Don’t get me wrong, it was very nice and beautifully laid out just not very different each day. The bar closed far too early, 2145 every night and there was no entertainment

it was relaxing, comfy, lots of fun with plenty of activities to do and the food was delicious

the apartment was ample and nice, good kitchen and applicances. the terrace/balcony was very nice to allow the evening play out, have a drink, or play a game of cards. Breakfast was good and plenty, and the pools were quite clean - there are 3 of them, plus a jacuzzi which we never used.

Callao Salvaje is pretty silent at night, which is both a plus and a minus. We list it here as a minus as it would be nice to at least have a bit of local night life, but apart from a handful of restaurants there's not much of that in the region.

Position, pool and coziness

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean. We had been before the refurb and they have done a nice job. Housekeeping comes every day. The life guard (more like pool manager) is always doing something around the area, cleaning, sanitizing etc. He ensures that the rules in the pool and jacuzzi are followed. We didnt eat at the hotel as we were self catering but the drinks from the bar were not over priced.

Rooms could do with some sound proofing. Can hear the water running from the shower and toilets very loudly from other apartments. Would not recommend if you have teenagers as there is not a lot to do - but site does have tennis court etc.

Separate bedroom, balcony, living room with kitchen facilities - fridge, with working freezer, microwave, oven etc.

Room card error - one day suddenly was not possible to access the room but the issue was fixed in the reception. Late check-out option in my opinion a bit pricey - 50 Eur.
