for the first time in Sozopol, I am realy impressed. the view was stuning during the night and the waves are a true medicine for your mind/spirit. :)
also, the room, was quite spacious and cozy. the bed and the lining were clean and comfy too.
at the 2nd floor, I've been booked, so fine and dandy for me.
keep it up !

The best location in Sozopol! Room no 313 was huge :) Side sea view was ok. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view from little lovely hotel terrace. Staff friendly and helpful.
During the season hotel has an opened restaurant with terrace above rocks and sea at the historical wall od Sozopol - must be wonderfil experience to eat breakfast there :) in Oct/Nov it was closed and we go there a bit around, but its was ok.
Please fix the bathroom. The water was on the whole bath floor after shower (the shower door was closed od course). Room 313.
We asked for cleaning one day but nobody came.
Cannot go to the sea straight from the building after season.

The location of the hotel is really nice. The view from the room was amazing.
The noise. The inside stairs are so noisy that even if a person tries to be quiet, it’s impossible.

great location at Old Town Sozopol.
rooms show signs of aging. there were no cleaning services during the stay.
also, we booked a double room and an apartment with sea view. the room has amazing view, however the apartment happened to be an athic with no view at all.
breakfast was ok. you can use the terrace, which was really nice. however if you are a coffee lover you may be disappointed.

Our room smelled like food/cooking, most likely because it’s close to their restaurant.

The view was amazing, room size was okay
Since we were there before the season started the restaurant did not work in the mornings and they served us breakfast the previous night which meant that by the time we were having it it has stayed outside of a fridge for 10-12 hours.

Amazing view, great location, friendly stuff!
They could do a little maintenance - lamps, outlets, air conditioning all have to be renewed. But this doesn’t spoil the stay in any way. The room was great and the view is amazing!

The location is unbeatable, TVs in every room, a full kitchenette (including an oven, induction stoves, and a big fridge with a separate freezer section), a balcony directly above the sea which could still be shielded from the breeze
There were like two plates, four glasses and two spoons in the kitchen. Nothing else - no forks, mugs, bowls, pots, pans...
There was some disrepair here and there.
Also, at checkout it turned out the only acceptable payment would be cash.

Our room with the sea view was simply the best! An amazing view! The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and nice stay.

The sea view room was one of a kind, the location is really what makes this hotel worth the money.
The beds were stiff, the restaurant was closed so no breakfast. No new towels brought on next day.

Location was great, in the heart of Sozopol old town. Sea is amazing and it is so close, you can see it and hear it! The restaurant was closed on off season, but breakfast is often wanted. We had an apartment, so it was possible to prepare breakfast.
