The only thing I loved about was the location and the size of the room. For this price, you get to stay at the prime location and just 100mts away from republic square and other landmarks. The rooms were big! The queen bed was just 2 beds attached so it wasnt that comfy as there was a big wedge in the middle!

Old hotel. Breakfast needs a lot of changes and improvements. Choices were limited! Tables were old. No table mats or cutleries on the table. No bowls at all to take cereals! Sad coffee! To add very dull staff. While checking out the staff informed us that 2 chocolates were missing from the minibar. Till that time we didnt even know a minibar was there inside the room. We told her that we havent taken or touched the minibar. She said our staff checked and found 2 chocolates missing. I asked her what the cost and she said it was almost 3 dollars(1200AMD). I kept the money on the table and told, I was willing to pay but the reality is that we haven't taken anything from there. She then called her superior and discovered that these chocolates were not placed in the minibar as they were out of stock. It was an ugly situation that the guest was accused of stealing but later apologized. Mistakes like this happen but also affect the guest's stay and emotions. Not sure if our nationality caused them to behave this way! This rating has been honest and this incident had to be addressed but it did not make any influence the overall rating.
