Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ons kamer was prima qua grootte en schoon. Wij hebben lekker kunnen zitten op een klein balkon aan ons kamer. Het ontbijt was lekker en wij hebben genoten van de zelfgemaakte vijgenjam. De locatie is ook prima. Wij waren met de auto zo in de stad.

Wij hadden niet het mooiste/ meest bijzonder uitzicht van ons kamer.

All the positive reviews got it right. ... The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect!

The location is too far away from the main attractions in Tirana. The lady in the reception as very welcoming and friendly. The staffs are didn't speak English very well. Pictures given in booking.com site is more than 15 years old now it is very old facility and completely different. Bathroom was dirty and smelly. Bathroom slippers are very old. The rooms are old and small. No lift in the property we had to literally carry our luggage to 1st floor all alone. Would not recommend it to anyone. There are many better hotels in Tirana for better price. So, it was below average for us according to price.

The location is amazing, you can take a bus right in front of the hotel. It's on the lower end of cost, still the room was clean and comfy. The staff was very helpful, specially Vera I would recommend it 100%

The rooms are nice, but they don't match the pictures.
