레이크뷰 방이어서 좋았음. 런드리코인워셔 등 부대시설이 유용하고 직원들이 친절함.

굳이 개선할 필요는 모르겠으나 패브릭이 교체된다면 좋겠음. 숙소의 커튼, 침구 등 패브릭 디자인이 너무 안예뻐서 방을 더 저렴하게 보이는 역할을 함. 민무늬면 더 나았을텐데..

Beautiful location, accessible to everything & a great room.

Modern, clean facilities with a great view of the lake! Great little kitchenette. Nice and quiet. Good place to stay on the way to Milford Sound.

Nice layout and bathrooms were heated, easy location

Arrived in evening and cabin was absolutely freezing, heater on wall didn’t put any heat out so partner went and got another heater from reception. Not a lot of bedding provided considering there was 3 beds in room. Made do for the night.

Es ist alles schön sauber und eine gute Aufteilung, die Einzwlzimmer sind in meinem Bereich neu gewesen und alles hat gut gerochen. WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert und das personal am checkin war sehr nett. Es ist aktuell ziwmlich kalt nachts, aber in den Zimmern gibt es Heizungen (die leider keinen regulierbaren Thermostat haben, also vor dem schlafwn aus machen!!).

Unpraktisch dass es kein Equipment in der Küche gibt (es gibt welches zu mieten, aber das merkt man erst spät). Allerdings muß man sagen, dass vermutlich die Gäste schuld sind das alles fehlt. Wenigstens Gläser, Besteck und eine French press wären aber toll.

Having a separate space was nice. Parking was easy. Location felt safe and clean. The apartment had the things as described. Location is either a advantage or drawback. A bit out of town, but near nice lakeside and bird sanctuary.

Felt very outdated. Strange smell in the room. Did not feel cosy inside.

Very clean facilities. Ealing distance to town. Shelter from the cold.

No cooking utensils really makes a difference in the comfort of the place. Not even a chopping board to make a sandwich. My partner and I had broken down in our van and had to stay 4 nights. We were told about the discount if you stay for 2 nights by a lovely brunette lady at the desk! We had to book 3 more nights after this and were not allowed to use it due to them being separate bookings (we kept getting delayed with our van so didn't think we'd have to stay that long). A younger woman at reception was unwavering in her decision to help us out despite us having spent a lot of money over the weekend at the campsite. She also told us if we had rang, she may have been able to modify the booking... We had rang... Twice...
