Toda la gente en el hotel fue demasiado cool.
Me ayudaron con la habitación para poder asearme después de que hice un tour y ya había hecho el check out.
El desayuno estuvo delicioso.

Location was central, rooftop bar was good and the showers were nice and hot.
Very noisy at night. Also left our laundry with them one morning but they weren't able to do it until the next day.

We stayed 3 nights at the hostel, overall we enjoyed our stay but there can be some improvements..
Pros:
Staff was super friendly.
Breakfast was great and versatile.
Nice rooftop bar.
Easy to book activity’s in banos.
Great location.
Cons:
Room was dirty.
Our sink in the bathroom was dripping and every time we walked in our feet got wet.
Our room was on the Main Street and the widows are not sound proof at all - lots of noise.

the location was perfect, right in the middle of the center
we were sleeping in the room right next to the hallway and it was quite loud at night

The staff is very nice and helpful and is always in a good mood. Very familiar atmosphere in the hostel and one of the best rooftops in Baños. Very centrally located and with good breakfast.
The hostel is very noisy until midnight. The bathroom smelled like a drain at the beginning and the hot water was sometimes not available.

- really nice rooftop terrace with a bar

- no hot water in the shower for the entire night
- bathroom smelled funky when we got there and never really improved
- we had the room with 2 beds for 3 people, and it was a pretty tight space. There was one table for storing stuff and a nightstand, but not much room otherwise.

Overall it was pretty good value. The rooftop is beautiful, the rooms were clean.
It’s in the city centre and had a bar on the roof, so it can be a tad noisy at night if you’re trying to sleep

I absolutely loved this hostel! It's in the center of the city where all restaurants and bars are. The staff is super helpful and they organize all tours in Baños for you! The rooftop bar is amazing and a very good place to meet other travelers!

The hostel has a fantastic vibe and is very friendly. The rooftop area is really nicely designed and inviting. Also the selection of cocktails was very good and made it hard to choose what one to have. The room was good and very clean with lots of stage space in the wardrobe which was great for me and my 2 friends. The staff were chatty and very helpful too. Also super fast wifi. There is also cool art hung around the hostel.
The room booked was advertised to have terrace but I'm guessing the info actually means the rooftop. Communication barriers I'd never nice tring 😚

The location is amazing and the view from the rooftop is beautiful. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating. The welcoming e-mail is really helpful, and the prices for the activities are great.

Too much noise to be able to sleep because of the rooftop until 1:30 AM and in the road until 4 AM … we can ear what the other people are doing and saying in there room/dorms.. the worst night ever in a hostel

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, making sure we knew all about the area and felt welcomed to the hotel. Breakfast was great, and the rooftop bar had great views and solid drinks. Beds were very clean!

the vibe from the place was so beautiful and amazing. My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and love the place. Such a beautiful spot for our first trip together. Amazing staff
The parking situation was a bit far from our hotel. In the information of the hotel online said parking included which was assumed at the hotel spot itself, not 2-3 blocks away.

Great location and staff, as well as good quality breakfast. I stayed in a shared dorm which was up to my expectation. The room was full, which in Covid times is difficult but in my opinion good for a solo traveller who wants to meet people. The wifi worked well. They had a very nice terrace and bar - top 10!

The staff were so nice! And the location could not be better. There is a view of the mountains and the little Central Park. The breakfast was good, but I don’t think it’s included in the price. There is also a laundry service for 1.75 per kilo.
It was not the cleanest hostel though, but okay for the price. It was pretty quiet when I was here in June 2021, so I didn’t meet many other travelers.
