Hotel antigo que poderia estar melhor aproveitado e atualizado na decoração. É isso influencia muito o conforto do espaço. Ganharia muito se fizesse uma remodelação, mantendo a traça original do edifício.

The location, easy parking in the middle of Porto, convenient to take an Uber to go in the city. The staff very friendly and helpful with everything!

I enjoyed my stay very much! Every morning, I got a gluten free and lactose free breakfast, I appreciate that so much in such a small hotel where it's much more difficult to organize for just one person. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is simple, but has everything you need and was always very clean.

The cost/quality was quite good. We were well received and the facilities were quite clean and tidy

We could hear everything from across the hallway inside the room, and some other clients were very noisy very late. Also, the washroom's dustbin didn't have a bag. I asked for one one night, put it in, they took it the next morning while cleaning and didn't leave a new one again.

The staff was accommodating and catered to all our needs (e.g., parking before check-in, early check-out to take a flight, and preparing early breakfast for our check-out). The building was as described: a century-old building that has been converted into a hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with 5-star facilities, you should look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for an experience where you feel at home and sleep in an elegant and historic building, then look no further. Additionally, one has a bus line connecting directly to the city center in front of the door, and two supermarkets 2 minutes away on foot.

Some details: Shortage of hooks and shelves to put clothes on. Only starch-white bread for breakfast, most people prefer dark, wholesome bread nowadays.
