we had an issue with flies in the flat getting on via the loft. we’d like some recognition of this fact by way of a reimbursement/discount - if you can make contact on our behalf?

The view from our room was perfect

It was great that we could buy baguettes etc in the morning in the hotel. Good food in the restaurant. The rest of the staff were really nice. The building manager was good fun. The room was big and had all that we needed. The sports shop on site was excellent and they even opened early especially for me. The residence location, fairly near the lifts, was fantastic. There were also some great shops, including a food shop, near the lifts.

One of the restaurant staff was offhand and seemed to ignore us even though we had finished for ages. He was not focused. He also blocked us in with his car in the car park and was rude when I pointed it out. Additionally, it was a shame that the pool and sauna were only open for limited time periods, even when the weather wasn't good enough for skiing! And it was disappointing that you had to pay to use the sauna! These things meant that we didn't use these facilities.

Although the rooms are smal they are well thought out.
