Everything worked as promised and planned, nothing to complain about. We had a very pleasant stay. Ac worked perfecly as well. Big bonus to have reception open 24/7.

I booked a room for my father. They wanted to place him in a room with a clearly malfunctioning AC - it was easy to realize that there was a bearing problem, which caused a constant, very loud flapping voice. Without saying they were sorry about it, they wanted to give him a clearly downgrade room on the 2nd floor with a joke of a bathroom for a 4-star hotel, with a building in between the sea and a terrace for a sea-view holiday ... The 3rd and final option again back on 5th floor was with a well-functioning AC, with nice view and finally an airy terrace (not squeezed in between 2 buildings within only a few meters apart, like the other ones), but the bathroom was still a joke. Very narrow shower with a curtain that constantly sticked to your back, because there was so little place.... The toilet was very tiny, like what we used to have in the kindergarden... Very simple breakfast. For a 4-star hotel this was a pretty big disappointment. The location is fantastic yet they do not want you to come back apparently.

Location, staff, room amenities, breakfast and dinner - everything was perfect. Especially - very friendly staff.

If your neighbours are youngsters, that are partying all night long - you may use earplugs from travel kit, that you were gifted by a friendly reception staff.

Perfect location and the view to the sea and the sunsets. The guy at the reception was a real professional, always helpful and he had all the answers.

The breakfast was good, but there was no fresh juice, it was more like water with some color and sugar. Also there was a customer coughing heavily every morning and not wearing a face mask. The staff should have done something, because this person stood in front of the foods coughing. Corona or not, but it was not nice.

I give the highest rates just because I spent an amazing time on Rhodes, and probably it’s not because of the hotel itself, but overall.If to talk about the hotel I can say that the personnel was amazing, especially people on reception. Also sending huge thanks to barman(lady), sorry, I forgot the name unfortunately. You will have everything you need for a good time staying in this hotel.

Rooms are super clean. The standard of the rooms is quite high - all the furniture is wooden, bathroom finishings and floors are also in super good quality. It's not a new hotel, but room standard it's better than in many new ones. For dinners you are walking to the hotel next by (2 min walking distance) and literally dinners there are the best I have ate in the hotel. There is variety of the options (also vegetarian ones) and the cuisine is on really good level with fresh ingredients. That was definitely great highlight!

There were some flaws unfortunately. The pool is tiny and this is an option only for kids. There was not many breakfast options and after a week it was impossible to find something that I didn't ate before. There wasn't any ventilation in the hotel restaurant, so we were forced to eat our breakfast at the terrace, not to smell for the rest of the day like fried oil.

The breakfast and dinner was perfect. Receptionists were very kind. Good price travelling with a child. Beauty view from the room. Well equipped, everything you need is in the bathroom.

There was terrible canal smell coming from the bathroom :( A little bit noisy, but for 1 night it is ok.

Great hotel directly on the beach. Excellent value for price. The room is not very big, but good enough for a beach holiday. The balconies are funny, very small and you really just have a side view for the sea - but the sunset was fully visible from there in July. The breakfast room is quite outdated, but the breakfast is brilliant, cold and hot dishes, Greek specialities, sweet and savory meals - everything you need, but don't expect plant-based milks for example. The dinner was in the other hotel (Petit Palais) which is 2 mins walk from La Vita. Huge variety of dishes, all types of meat, vegetables, fresh grill meals, pizza, all kind of salads, bread, many dessert and the table water is free.

The pool and pool area is very small. Breakfast room needs renovation.

The hotel has a very good central location. The downtown, the old town and the beaches on both the east and west side of the island are available at walking distance. Many restaurants and bars are close by. The room was cleaned, and the bed sheets were changed every day. The breakfast and dinner had good selections. The staff was friendly and helpful. The luggage room allowed us to fully utilize the day of departure as our plane only took off in the evening.

The room had only one free electrical socket, which made is somewhat difficult to charge the many electrical devices. The water pressure at the seventh floor is a little low.

Breakfast and dinner is awful. Especially dinner at nearby Mitsis hotel was nasty. Food is terrible, staff there is not good, and will never ago again

- the location is great. close to the beach. I had side sea view and I enjoyed it. - the breakfast was good and coffee also good. - the dinner was at Mitsis grand hotel across the street.

- air conditioning wasn't working. we struggled for a night and the next day we report the issue. after several eyes rolling and stuff talking in greek (about us) we got another room where the air conditioning was working. I didn't like the eyes rolling and talking in greek so we couldn't understand, that wasn't friendly. Also in the new rooms the TV remote wasn't working but we where afraid to tell them that we have another problem :)). We couldn't stand more rolling eyes. - there are few stairs to get to the reception, elevator, breakfast but doesn't have a ramp and I have a stroller for my child, It was difficult to get in and out of the hotel. - the bathrooms doesn't have a vent. after a shower there was so much humidity you couldn't breath. - my room didn't have a balcony and I didn't know how mush I need a balcony until this vacation. I stayed for 4 night and I didn't want to spend an extra 100euros only for balcony, but I a must. I didn't have where to dry my towels and swimsuites. I don't recomand the rooms without a balcony. - in the booking reservation we checked a double bed but we received 2 sigle beds close to each other. we have a 2 year kid that was sleeping between us and he wasn't so confortable. - for a 4 stars hotel we expected a little more. I would give a maximum 3 stars
