the view was good, there plenty of outdoor seats. the property is well kept with a lot of trees and flowers.

the breakfast was average. there are better food spots on west end especially for breakfast

Everything else…The villa huts are outdated, not clean and of need of repair. I complained because my accommodation had a large hole in the front decking and a large gap in the front door to allow for any insect to crawl in. Air conditioning unit did not work. The duty manager was very unhelpful and suggested alternative villa hut, which was no better apart from a working air conditioning unit. The bed sheets were dirty and stained and cobwebs everywhere. The duty managers response was to take it or leave it! Not professional at all. She refused to move us to the newer apartments as these were additional cost. I was prepared to pay the additional cost at a discounted rate but this was not accepted. Received no compensation for spending most of the afternoon trying to sort out alternative accommodation. Only to be met with grief!!! when I should be enjoying my holiday. Terrible service!! This was the most uncomfortable stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. Definitely not value for money and I certainly will not be bringing my family back to this hotel ever!!

bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. I always travel with cleaning supplies so I just have the bathroom a thorough cleaning.

The location could not have been better. You could jump off any point around the property and snorkeling was pretty interesting along the cliff walls.

it needs updating and more secure entry doors. We ended up with two different rooms and both were very tired. the food at the resort was not good and the bar was out of many things to make even a basic drink.

The view of the water is great however if you want easy beach access definitely specifically look for 7 Mile beach hotels and resorts

It was not safe to explore by walking and taxis charge ridiculous prices. There was nothing much going on at the hotel and they should have set off fireworks on New Years Eve.

Property was calming and very clean, we found it nice.

The place is not safe .Especially the pools. The tiles going into the pools are very slippery. No warning on the deep side.Tiles around the pool are very slippery . I slip and hurt and back going into the pool and when I tried to explain to the person who seems like the owner, he started to get defensive. He didn't even ask if I'm hurt. Which at the time I was in terrible pain and still is as I'm writing this review.

The view when you go down to the room was picturesque, The breakfast staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. The night receptionist was excellent.

Firstly the receptionist was rude in her demeanor and responses, one of the security was not attentive and argued with us. The towel to take to the beach was worn and frayed very old and had marks on them, the bin in the bathroom was dingy and the outside had dark coloration.

I like the fact that the manager Mr. ARIEL stepped in to meet my expectation and allowed me the privilege of a fantastic anniversary. Thanks to him one in a million time i would visit again with better knowledge of the property.

I did not like the fact that the internet showed me a total different imaginary of what I was expecting, but upon arrival changes where made to allow me a more suitable choice of what I had booked for. Also please to call and ensure guests are all comfortable to settle in before upon arrival or if they missed there check in timings.

The rooms were large with lots of storage to unpack our cases. Great traditional Jamaican food, with the choice of basic food for the kids, like pizza. The staff were also great at putting us in contact with local businesses for excursions and activities and taxis.

Although we new the hotel was a 3 star, there was so much scope for them to raise that rating. Such as: Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, hairdryers in the rooms, Beach towels in the rooms, Daily bottles of water in the rooms, evening activities, such as a band or quiz or bingo etc. The rooms were a little dark, due to small windows. More outside dining. More regular shuttles to the beach.
