I liked everything, definitely would recommend this hotel and we'll likely come again

Once I got there ... no thanks to Google Maps or to Liberec lack of street signs ... it was great. Smooth lifts to the high floors on which it lives. Once there, sheer luxury. Great room with all comforts. Legendary breakfast.

Luxury is not cheap. Plus, extracting a 2000 Kc deposit over and above the charges beforehand is a bit steep.

Centrally located for sightseeing in Liberec, with a tram stop just outside if wanting to avoid walking to some of the more distant attractions (such as the zoo). The room was well equipped; while it wasn't really the season to use the terrace much, it offered a nice view and would have been a lovely place to sit out in warmer months. There was a wide selection of good food at breakfast, including warm options. While there was a mistake that led to the security deposit not being refunded to my card, the hotel resolved it very quickly (money back to my account within 24 hours) when I contacted them about it.

The walls were a bit thin; we unfortunately had neighbors with children and the TV on a lot of the time, which made it more noticeable. Those who like the room really dark might find the curtains a little light too.

Perfect, the bed was very comfortable, very good for people who suffer of back pain

The room is confortable except for the windows in the bathroom. But I was with my partner, so it was not such a big issue.

The manager of the hotel is lazy. You can be there needing help. Even calling "hello" in the reception and he will be at the bar pretending to be a client, so that he wont help u. Additionally, the machine for check in doesnt work so you are force to go to reception.

Localization, very quiet room, tarrace

The fact that the parking is paid is ok, but the spaces are very narrow and it is difficult to park

Great location very close to the city center, reasonably comfortable room, plentiful breakfast and especially very kind and helpful reception service (thanks to Kery!). Overall good value for money.

Some minor issues with room equipment - clogged sink drain and broken handle on toilet door.

Amazing location, super comfy bed and friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. Nice balcony to seat and relax. There was a nice variety of bread, cheese, cereals and few other things for breakfast.

The bathtub was not so clean. The cheese tray was not so clean either, it had a bit of a strong smell, it didn't seem to be bad washed just too old to still be used for serving. Salad was not so fresh.

Receptionist Kery was very good

Location: excellent, right in the center near the bus station, with parking facilities inside the building, free of charge. Team: you see a dedicated smiley young team, that let you feel rewarded as an esteemed guest. Room: the nicest of a teddy bear on the bed is awesome! kudos for the idea, you get a home feeling! Room is top furnished nothing missing, spacious private terrace for a good breath (pity weather not so sunny). Breakfast: quite good, you take it on the winter garden on the terrace, will soon be opened to enjoy the fresh morning breeze. Wifi: it had some downfall, yet when connected good speed. Possibly a router to be fixed. A very pleasant experience, last year the first, it confirms to be my prime choice in Liberec. Thanks, sehr gerne wieder!

The room was fine, and the bathroom equipped with all necessary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cap, etc.) with the possibility of getting the complimentary toothbrush or razors in the reception. The terrace is spacey (but needs care ..) Great bed with 3 different pillows suitable according to a sleep position. (nice one!) And the bathtub with jets is really lovely after a long day. Minibar (drinks and snacks) was very nice and for very nice prices as well. I liked the fine breakfast we enjoyed on the hotel terrace overlooking Jested.

The carpet was worn in a few places, which I think is a bit surprising for a room in this price range. As well as minor scuffs in the bathtub. I would recommend replacing the laundry as the towels were hard and definitely not fragrant. There were no chairs on the room terrace, just a table - so you couldn't sit outside and the view from our side was not nice either. Wifi in our room was very poor. What also surprised me was an additional refundable deposit of 2000CZK.

- Disappointing breakfast experience: very limited breakfast selection, cutlery was not properly cleaned, having traces of dry food (see attached photos) - Lack of disinfectant gel in the designed places. - The room was superficially cleaned: the wardrobes had a thick layer of dust inside, the bathroom counter was dirty (see attached photo) and we even found two bugs in the bathroom.

Rooms are modern and well situated and furnished

Prosecco for breakfast :) Great view of Jested from the Room. Great staff. Highly recommended.
