fantastic location within waking distance of bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet. we are very grateful to have been given a nicer room than what we booked, which was unexpected and very kind. our lovely studio far exceeded our expectations

Our stay overall was exceptional! The room is located at an even distance from all the beaches we wanted to visit and the city centre, what with the island being small and almost everything is at walking distance. The room was being cleaned daily, each afternoon we returned to a spotless bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet, the facilities minimal and pleasant-looking and Petros, our host, was very polite and ready to help us with directions regarding the island. He drove us from the port to our room the day we arrived in Koufonissi and back to the port when our holidays ended and he even offered to care for our luggage during the hours after the check-out until our departure. I highly recommend Petros Rooms for someone who would like a quiet place to stay and enjoy some relaxing vacations away from the everyday hustle and bustle.

The place was exquisite. Very luxurious. They have thought about every little detail. The bedding was very comfortable, the area was very quiet, the breakfast was delicious and Petros and his family were warm and welcoming. Thank you!!

We loved the balcony with ocean view. The studio was near city senter and beaches. Thanks to the host for beeing so welcoming og very helpful.

The property was sparkling clean, well-maintained and within a short walk to the center and all beaches. Petros and his wife were the kind of people you would wish to have as hosts, kind, discrete and very willing to help. We will come back soon!

I cannot recommend Petros Rooms highly enough. Excellent communication. Petros picked me up from the port and drove me to my accommodation. My room was very clean and comfortable (great bed and pillows). The accommodation was perfectly located - a short walk into the chora/village taking the back exit of the property (no longer than 10 minutes) and slightly longer taking the main road at the front of the property (no longer than 15 mins). Both options are very safe, including late at night (and I was a solo female traveller). The accommodation is also perfectly located to beach hop along the coast line. I highly recommend doing it to visit Fanos, Pounta, Cavos Milona, the Devil’s Eye before making it to Pori Bay. Truly the most beautiful walk/swimming spots along the way (but take the taxi boat back to the chora in the evening). I would have stayed longer at Petros if it wasn’t fully booked, and would definitely return.

Great location and hosts. Very quiet but close to the beaches or town. Koufonisia is a gem. Difficult to leave places like this due to the spirit of the island and people, and host. But...will return.

Excellent location, very close to both beaches and the village. Great views to the sea, spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was very tasty, too. Petros was kind enough to drive us to and from the port. Overall, great value for money, will definitely return!

Nice location with an easy 10-12 min to the town for dinner or breakfast goods from the bakery. The hotel also offers breakfast daily with a menu that includes fresh juice and smoothies. Petros picked us up from the port and offered to drop us off, or our luggage, depending on our plans the last day. The hotel is a 4-5 min walk to the coast, or about 8-10 min from the first beach (with sand). Our room was very nice, modern, clean and quiet! This was one of four hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Greece, and the bed was the most comfortable! Loved it! We would stay again!

What an amazing place and fabulous people! Rooms were very clean and really well maintained. The view was awesome and the owners always helpful with a great vibe. Hope all places were like this.
