No pude dormir por el ruido tan fuerte de la calle, con música y sirenas de policía.

Old and ugly, extremely noisy, not comfort at all, no amenities ! You pay for nothing ! Cancelled and get out immediately !
Spend the rest of my time at the new one OSH absolutely beautiful !

The hotel is very central to the old town. Once we travelled by taxi from the airport we didn’t need another taxi until we left. Everything of interest is in walking distance.
The small pool on the roof was nice with great views of the old city square.
You are right in the centre and therefore it is noisy. We had a balcony room at the front which faced the bars with music until 4am. :( We had to use ear plugs to block out the noise.
The Reception staff weren’t friendly - one exception - the young male waiting staff at breakfast was very polite.

Superb location, professional and helpful staff, very clean and well run, swimming pool, rooftop and balcony views, bars, shops, restaurant s all on your doorstep at the NH Royal.
Rooms are on small side but to be expected in the old town centre.

Breakfast was very good, the service personnel was very kind and good.
The bed's mattress was not in its best shape.
The shower flooded everytime it was used.
I asked for an iron and ironing table. The iron was not int its best condition, a bit broken even.

The room and amenities aren't world-class, but the welcoming and helpful staff make up for it. Also, the location within the walled city is extremely convenient and centralized.

The staff was exceptional! They made me feel welcomed and always provided what I needed. The central location was great for walking around.
The location is near all of the action! It was very loud outside the hotel as many people gather inside the walled city. The room air conditioning was hard to regulate.

the staff were fantastic. another booking fell through and we needed rooms last minute. it was my birthday and Geraldine at the front desk arranged for brownies and fruit to be delivered to my room as a surprise! it was so kind and really made the stay there enjoyable. the security were always nice when we came in and out of the building.
the rooms were a little dated. very busy on the main square.

Our standard rooms had frosted glass windows which cannot be opened. So no fresh air and you can't tell from the room what the weather is like

Superb location in the main plaza of old town. Great food, sites, sounds all on our doorstep. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special mention to Geraldine for her knowledge, warm welcome and smile, advice and humour. Packed mini bar. Healthy breakfast and great restaurant staff.

Super noisy (it has a club next to it), furniture looks old and in bad shape, the towels are old and yellowish… it wasn’t a pleaser stay. this hotel is a detriment to the NH brand.

The staff at this spot are all amazing, they will help you in any way they can. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re at home. This is in a Peru good location!

the property is outdated, there were cracks in the floor, the bed was unnecessarily uncomfortable and the breakfast served was horrible and lacking in variety.
