Good pre-arrival communication, easy to follow directions. Key safe made arrival and departure straightforward. Perfectly cleaned and prepared house and pool. Well equipped kitchen. Loads of outdoor space. Pool and air conditioning very much appreciated.

The well-equipped house is lovely and cosy, and it’s not just clean, it’s spotless. All equipment like air conditioning, fridge, washing machine, wifi, etc. works perfectly. The gas operated bbq was clean and ready to use. You can enjoy the nicely kept garden and pool area in complete privacy. The view is fantastic and not spoiled by anything like windmills or industry. In addition there was complementary water, wine and great tasting olive oil. The hosts make you feel very welcome, are very helpful and live nearby which is very comforting. The place feels very safe, both during daytime and night time. Absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful holiday at this delightful finca. The setting is beautiful, feels remote but not too far from lots to see and do. The cottage is very comfortable and fantastically well equipped, there was absolutely nothing we wished had been there. Monica and Christophe( manage the property) live next door and are the perfect hosts. Wonderful holiday cottage in a wonderful location. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing property in a stunning location. The views from the patios and pool area were outstanding. The property is very secluded and peaceful, allowing you to relax in private. The hosts, Monika and Christoph, were friendly and attentive during our stay and there was great communication from the owners of the property.

Once in a while you’ll find it: a holiday spot that has it all: Juergen and Paloma's La Perla Andaluza. Off the beaten track in Andalusia but close enough to Granada and the Sierra Nevada, and Malaga. The beautiful mountain village Alcaucìn at the side. A practical holiday home with charm in a mature subtropical garden. Three terraces for sun, shadow or in-between. A swimming pool with a stunning view. A totally peaceful and quiet environment, and yet close to all the amenities you need. October proved to be a perfect month with temperatures around 25 degrees and cool nights. I love it, and I will be back!

If you’re looking for a rest in a peaceful place I’d definitely recommend it. Villa is lovely and the swimming pool which villa offers is even better. Swimming pool is being cleaned once a week so it stays nice. There’s no one around to interrupt your holidays and the only one sound you can hear from time to time is a donkey which lives in a neighbourhood. Villa itself is super clean with two good sized bathrooms, one master and two single bedrooms. There’s also a lovely living room which provides comfy sofa and table for four people. Kitchen is amazingly equipped and there’s loads of tools, crockery, glasses, pots, pans etc. Outside there’s another big table which is lovely for having lunch hiding in a shadow provided by umbrella. On the patio there’s also a gas barbecue which is ideal for preparing meals in the afternoon when the sun goes down. Monika - a person who takes care of the house is very helpful, gives a lot of advice on what to see in Andalusia, where to go and what is worth seeing. A very nice surprise when we arrived to the villa was 2 bottles of water (locally collected from the spring in the nearby village) and a bottle of wine (which was very tasty) left for us in the fridge. Owner also thought about preparing some ice cubes for us! I would highly recommend this place for holidays as we spent stunning time in there and had a very good rest.
