Really nice hotel - big rooms and huge comfy beds. Good breakfast and free bottled water put in the rooms everyday. Short walk into town centre with bars, restaurants etc. Would recommend!

Bij aankomst waren ze niet bekend met onze boeking. Terwijl wij de bevestiging wel hadden ontvangen. Bij de kamer aangekomen was de vloer vies en lagen er op verschillende plekken haren op de grond. Bij het uitchecken werd mede gedeeld dat wij tot 12.00 uur (checkout tijd) de ruimte hadden om gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten. Erg gastvrij dus.

Construction, monstrous buildings all around, confusing parking… no clue what to make of this place. Tirana has many like this but there is something eerie about this place.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good buffet for breakfast, nice and helpful staff.

Very convenient location. Great gym and pools! Staff super nice and helpfull. Rooms very clean and spacious. I could totally recommend it.

If there is some room for improvement would be in the conference rooms. Equipment and lighting was not ideal. No windows in the rooms.

Nothing. This hotel doesn’t worth 5 stars The only thing good is the location but the rest is not worth Hotel management need someone to to tech them how to be 5 stare hotels or it’s good. For them to be 3 star hotel

location next to the park is great rooms are big

not very customer friendly approach when trying to make amendments to a booking. You would expect more service for a 5-star hotel. Also the extra fee asked for a dog (30€/night) is just ridiculous.
