Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, really nice restaurants. The gardens are beautiful, the room is big, though little too dark. We had amazing days there. You have also the possibilities to do snorkeling, stand up paddle and other kind of stuffs. The spa is also great. Check in process could bet a little bit faster.

The only negative point goes to the tours. We did the Chamarel tour and the hotel couldn't give us a good information about the tour. We payed for it, later they said it was free for guest, but then we had already payed for the lunch included in the tour and it was not the best of the experiences. I do not recommend the book a tour with the hotel. But besides that everything was great.

GOLF , POOL and the Infinity Blue restaurant was stunning. The staff at the Infinity Blue Bar and Restaurant are phenomenal and made our stay worth it in the end. Food was GOOD. The staff in the little boutique shop were friendly and helpful!

Main Restaurant and the Indian Restaurant are delipidated and not up to standard. Staff are arrogant and unhelpful. Reception staff are most unhelpful and so extremely nonchalant!

Comfortables Ressort in schöner Strandlage, gute Restaurants, besonders das Infinity blue direkt am Strand mit sehr guter Küche, weitläufig durch das verbundene Nachbarhotel und den Beach Club mit tollen Wassersportangeboten. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service an der Rezeption. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt dank des vielen Servicepersonals. Sehr schöner Spa.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren zerschlissen und nicht sauber, das passt nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels. Zu beachten ist, dass der Strand teilweise steinig und mit Korallen bestückt ist, so dass sich Badeschuhe empfehlen.

La plage et l'ensemble des activités, en particulier la piscine, la salle de sport, les restaurants étaient très bien.

Le service au restaurant est un peu lent et pas toujours réfléchi. Possibilité d'améliorer cela facilement par le respect de principes simples de la profession. De même l'attente à l'arrivée est totalement inutile et chronophage. Le cocktail peut très bien être proposé en chambre si les gens le souhaitent, il suffit de leur demander à l'arrivée. Lorsqu'on arrive, surtout si on vient de faire des heures d'avion, la priorité est de se retrouver en chambre et pas de boire un coquetèle en attendant qu'on veuille bien nous conduire.

Great price for premium all inclusive. The additional meal locations were amazing! The food was fantastic. We only had the buffet very few times due to our short time with premium package but it was fine and a delight. The temperature was lovely and the sea was nice. A little different than somewhere like the Maldives where you can easily snorkel from your room, here you needed to reserve to snorkel but it is all for environmental reasons to help preserve the coral which is suffering from a bleach out. The snorkeling was great, the C Beach club water sports were great to have as well. The free 45 minute massage on arrival was a treat! The golfing package for the inclusive packages were amazing as well if you are a golfer. It is a great course and a lovely time to golf during July for us.

Poolside music needs a rethink .

The food was very varied and delicious. The rooms are big and comfortable. We liked very much the Kids club, big, so many activities and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Service in the restaurants is a bit slow.

the first experience was terrible. they didn’t introduce hotel to our family. we found the pools and restaurants by ourselves. I also complaint to reception manager. we also don’t like their restaurants. their waiters are so slow and they are glum also in the launch restaurant in savana the fat one. we changed hotel and we are in a 3 star hotel in Mauritius now and we are more comfortable than awali. we havle all inclusive package in awali and we drunk 15 different cocktails in a day and we couldn’t get drunk. their barmen was magician. they didn’t put alcohol in alcoloholic cocktails. I think they think they are clever. The food was also same in breakfast, lunch and dinner. So we got bored after 2 days. there is no seafood in their menu, only pizza, pasta, egg, etc… we stayed in the residence Mauritius before these hotel and it was really good for food and beaches. we stayed in these hotel for 3 days and we didn’t swim in the sea. but in the residence we didn’t use pool we only swam in the sea. so i recommend you the residence hotel.

The staff in the Indian Restaurant were outstanding. We really enjoyed the fact that it was All inclusive, especially as we had two young children (5&8) with us. Relaxed atmosphere at the hotel too, without any strict dress codes which we really liked.

Customer service was super disappointing. Checking into our rooms would take 20 mins, it took over 2 hours. Lunch in the restaurant took 40 mins to arrive after ordering - despite being the first table to arrive we were the last to be served, they seemed to have forgotten our order. Especially difficult after a long 12 hour flight and two very hungry children. Very slow in all the restaurants. General bad attitude - despite me complaining to the duty manager, he said he would look into the issues and we never saw him again. Hugely disappointing. Finding a cockroach in our hotel room, our safe locked us out after a few days, our hotel room keys stopped working late at night when we came back from dinner and we had to go back to reception 3 times to get new keys cut (despite them telling us they were new ones) and rooms were miles away from reception. Torrential rain one day and night and we were on our way to a wedding, I telephoned and asked for one extra umbrella (family of 4 needs more than 1 umbrella) and waited 45 mins and heard nothing so we just left in the rain. Really disappointed with the service and general kind of you are interrupting them attitude, which is a shame.

Lunch on Thursday we had poor service at Infinity blue we had to keep looking for our waiter to bring the dessert menu and we ended up leaving without dessert 🍨

Staff were always friendly and willing to help. Especially the maintenence and cleaners. Timomo kids club was brilliant staff going out of their way to make the children feel welcome.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The garden is just gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Before our stay I was able to book the restaurants and the SPA. Big thank you to Avinash, the SPA manager, and Raj for managing our reservations. The food and drinks very very good. We were very unlucky with the weather unfortunately as it rained most of our stay, however the hotel made our stay unforgettable. I am sure we will be back one day.

The wardrobe is very humid and the clothes are damp...... It rained a lot during our stay and the roof leaked in many places.

The awali has very very good vibes, beautiful pools, good restaurants and bars. The dinners in the restaurant Infinity Blue is one of my best memories.
