Het personeel was niet onvriendelijk maar een beetje stug en betalen verliep een beetje moeilijk. De kamer is perfect maar de douche is heel gevaarlijk. Een groot risico tot uitglijden.

Easy access from the motorway. Good secure parking. Restaurant on site. Breakfast good choice

Wifi didn't work. OK for overnight stop

The pool is nice. There are some parks about 15 min walks away.

We had to book 2 nights here because our car broke down and needed time to get fixed. The room was just dirty… the shower and bathroom floor had hairs and pubic hairs everywhere. Dirty brown spots etc. Made me feel icky.. The room was small and also felt quite dark, because of the dark green and brown colour they chose. It’s 35 minutes walk to the small Valence centre, which is quite long in the heat.

Free parking, practical room, air conditioning, quiet room, room windows can be opened.

The bathroom lights weren't easy to switch on during the night without disturbing my roommate, would be better to have the bathroom lights switchable from inside the bathroom. The breakfast was very limited to people with lactose intolerance, even the toast bread had milk powder in it (we learned it the hard way by trying it because the staff had no idea about the ingredients).

The staff was great. Very good breakfast. The room was very confortable.

There is no fridge in the room

Location is pretty good, no issues with on-site parking, there's also big shopping mall few minutes walk away with restaurants and we had no issues staying there with our Labrador Retriever.

Value for money. I can't value this property high as I also stayed at IBIS in Poland where for 1/3 of a price we got very spacious and luxury double bedroom apartment with breakfast included

Tje floor was extremely diety… Never seen before

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with a good selection of meals. The Pool was clean, and the outside seating was lovely on a hot night.

We must have been allocated with an over flow room as it was like a cupboard in size and very difficult to move around, we where unable to buy a drink at the bar as there was no staff.
