The room was very spacious, free parking, the room we had we could smoke outside. The location was good, not far from the mall, train station and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was great to get a ground floor unit, lovely and comfy, suited my mobility and comfort.

The room was clean, and had everything needed for either a short or long stay. Very comfortable bed and great night's sleep. The location is central to everything but also very quiet.

The room was huge and had the most comfortable couch we have ever had in a motel room. It was built in the late 1980s and still had many of the original fittings so it was a bit of a time warp but a very pleasant one. Everything was in top condition and very clean. Very quiet air conditioner. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. A longer stay would have been good to enjoy the facilities more.

Sorry to say that the pillow and mattress could have been better. There are only limited breakfast options available. We chose this because the location suited us but visitors should be aware that it not close to the main CBD.

Convenient, affordable and was very spacious.

The beds didn’t have carpet underneath them it was just straight concrete slab as the carpet was cut around the bed space. My 2 year old split their knee open because there was nothing to break the fall.

the room was clean, I liked the layout, beds and pillows nice and comfortable. I liked having a pool for the kids to refresh in after a long day of driving. the pool looked clean and enticing but the kids advised there was a dead cockroach in the bottom, along with other bits of debris including hair (disturbing).

The receptionist is not welcoming or friendly and it seemed that she didn't like people or her job.

We liked the rooms, it was clean, the staff was really polite and friendly.

good access to our trip from QLD to to VIC .. liked the ice machine and filtered chilled water .. room was comfortable for a family of 4

disappointed the restaurant and access to any food was non existent until 27/1 despite it being on their email and website .. we were not informed of this .. if not for the West League Club this would have been disastrous after a 12 hour drive

Tha only thing was tha people that was next door they made noise till after 2am I did go to tha staff n they did say they called then a few times but I think 3 call is to much they should have been kicked out

A exit door was broken while I was there so you could not leave from the exit closest to my room not a really issue
