Amazing service from the staff, central location, clean rooms and delicious breakfast..

Good location but next to loud bars all night long.

The parking lot is inconvenient and you have to use 4 different keys to get from the parking lot to your room. I got dirt in my sandal every entry and exit from the front gate. The bed is an old spring bed, not comfortable. The walls are so thin I could hear the couple next door talking and snoring all night. The continental breakfast is instant coffee, which is a huge disappointment. The Erin advertieses in photos was much nicer and larger than the room we actually got. The place is falling apart and worth half the price they are charging

I liked the wooden interior and the serving of breakfast. Very good staff!

Rooms were slightly cold and our first room had cold showers. Staff allowed us to change rooms so we got one with warm water. But the biggest negative is the noise. Hosteria sits inbetween two bars, so good luck trying to sleep on a weekend when you hear loud rock music thumping your walls.

Cute and comfortable with a homely feeling. Lovely breakfasts served with homely touches and set you up for the day. The staff though were the main highlight, the owner Barbara and staff member Taina were so helpful and beyond accommodating with everything to do with our stay in Pucon and also helping us with logistics for further travel in Chile. Lovely people, and we were so grateful for their help. Very much recommend! Also, lovely comfy bed and towels :)

Good location and breakfast.

The streetlight outside the bedroom lit up the entire bedroom at night even with the blinds drawn.

Very comfy and clean rooms and nice staff. Close to the town center. Great breakfast to begin your day.

The roof in the way to the rooms at the patio is not complete. Not very good for the rain.

The location is convenient. Breakfast is nice. The shower pressure was good.

We got the first floor Delux bedroom and it was incredibly noisy. We could hear everything going on around us (especially above us).

The hostel is very cozy, the staff are great and the breakfast is excellent. The room is clean, the WiFi works well and the room is relatively comfortable. It's a short walk to a load of restaurants and has ample on-street parking nearby if you drove there. They have free tea/coffee for your use throughout the day. The room also had a small refrigerator which was a nice addition. The hostel feels very secure.

We stayed in the room called Mapache which was very hot when we stayed. There is no aircon but they do provide a fan, which we used throughout the night on both nights we stayed but it's pretty noisy. Also, the blind by the door doesn't block out the outside electric light very well, so it's pretty light in the room at night. Additionally, they have a Perspex/plastic area at the top of the side wall, above the other window which I guess is to let in more light, but as it has no blind, the sun shines straight through it in the morning and is super bright. Admittedly, this was around 8am, but I wanted to sleep in lol! Nothing that's a deal breaker here but just be aware that you might not get the best night sleep if you prefer cool/dark rooms.

Breakfast, room, and location were all exceptional! And the staff was phenomenal on top of all of that. I would definitely return sometime in the future.
