The location of the property is very central and close to the beach. The room was clean.

The equipment of the facility is rather poor and not very welcoming. The staff is mediocre friendly.

Seems to be a lack of trust which should not have been relayed to my children. My wife and I left the night before checkout for a hotel in Tuscany and the car broke down. The children should not have had to leave the room and should have not to be made to feel they were trying to skip the payment. Strange.

The staff was exceptional as well as the location. The rooms were small but very clean. The breakfast was not what one would expect from a beach resort in Italy. I think maybe a little less selection and more quality. Perhaps some pastry items from the local town. Maybe a fine selection of quality sliced meats and cheeses. And, a selection of fruit and quality juices. Again, I want to mention the Exceptional, Quality, Professional STAFF!!!! To be honest, I would stay again

Staff is super polite. One of the most kind people you can find. The outdoor space is lovely to enjoy a drink in the hot summer nights. There are two buildings: the villa, which is beautiful monument work of art and the annex building which is quite simple. We recommend to stay in the villa :) Breakfast area is so peaceful and authentic. If you would like to avoid big hotels that usually can offer more luxury stay and to deep dive to fully feel the local spirit this is your place. At a 5min. walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach.

We have stayed in the villa, yet in a room close to the elevator which ended up to be extremely noisy and wouldn’t allow us to sleep before midnight, sometimes later. Quite thin walls you hear it all. It happened twice that there was no yogurt at breakfast. However, the most annoying thing was the bed spring mattress which is very uncomfortable.

The location was awesome, right by the beach, and very kind staff!

The beds were a bit to stiff and firm for our liking but other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Staff and their service is the best thing about this place. Also loved the garden and bike rent. The hotel has its own private parking with a daily rate. It’s better to book parking and bikes in advance

The rooms are a little bit old fashioned Starting from Thursday there’s a disco somewhere in the neighborhood and it’s quite noisy till 12-1 am
