Really good location just a few minute walk from downtown and 10 min walk to the train and bus station. We had a private room and it had a nice bed with beautiful views looking out along the river. Shower was good and luckily we never had to wait too long to use it. Really clean too
Soundproofing wasn't great so one night the room next to us were quite loud with a baby crying

Central location, close to the railway station. Rooms have decent beds and fresh towels were provided. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
There are some suggestions for improvement.
I think the door to a single room should also have a lock at the inside to prevent anybody from the entering the room, for example at night.
The single room lacks an AC unit and temperatures can get up pretty quickly in summer. Opening the window would be a way to cool the room down, however there is no mosquito net, so the room would become a mosquito paradise. I would suggest either an AC unit or at least a mosquito net.
I think it would be good if basic amenities would be provided for showering and freshening up.
Overall the stay is nice but I think it would greatly benefit to have these suggestions taken into account. It would then also justify the price a bit more!

One of the best hostel experience I’ve had. It was very clean. I met some great people and the location was incredible. Right in front of the river. We were in the city center so it was very easy to walk around.
Our microwave in the room wasn’t working. However you can use one in the reception.

I spent only one night at the hostel and for this duration it was fine. The location is very good, the place was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.
The dorm room is quite small and a bit crowded for 6 people as there’s not much space to store the luggage. As the beds are very close to each other, a certain to separate them would be nice.

Nice hostel very close to the old city of Ljubljana and from the main railway/bus station. We had a room for two with shared bathroom and everything went well.
The room wasn't big, but we had everything we needed.
The common kitchen and the living area is quit small.
The bathroom was a bit "old fashioned", but it any case it remained clean.

The cleaning, the location and the facilities. Fantastic shower.
The mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. If they make a renovation of those, the accomodation would become extranice

the first day it was fine but then second two old creepy men moved in and it was the worst stay in history. My thinks got taking by someone they did try to replace it but it not nearly the same.

super lovely staff, comfortable beds, lockers, equipped kitchen (was good for making tea or quick breakfast), in the city centre.
blinds not working 😂 so hmm my room was just by the entrance to reception, so I’m pretty sure, people could see me in the bathroom. but oh well 💁♀️ beds are quite close to each other, but you can see it on the pictures.
I guess if someone is cooking more, than whole room may smell. it’s all just small things.

We loved the location and how comfy the rooms were! We loved that the TV had channels in English and they had a lot of channels we were familiar with. It is located right by the river and the centre. There are some grocery stores just opposite the property.
The bathroom was ok but it could use an update. Otherwise the cleaner does her best to maintain it.

Good for one night, bed was comfortable, and the place was clean and well provided for.
No dedicated common area to meet other travellers, no lockers for your own padlocks (you have to bring €10 as a deposit to borrow one of their keys), and a check out time that opens at 8, which I wasn't told so I had to get a different, later train. Also the shower mount was broken, so the shower head wouldn't stay, so you had to hold it.

The location is perfect, the bed was awful in terms of comfort... The wall behind was probably the laundry room and the whole bed was shaking ... I couldn't fall asleep

We only stayed for one night. It's a small hostel, ideal for those looking for a place just to spend the night. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The staff was friendly and the location is right in the center. They have a book of recommendations that helped us choose where to have dinner that night and a supermarket just across the river.
The hostel is small, so the entrance serves as a reception, it has a small kitchen and a common area that has vending machines and seems to serve at the same time as an office for the hostel. Quite confusing.

the format of having a kitchen in the bedrooms doesn’t really work - people are cooking late at night while you’re trying to wind down and your clothes end up smelling like food.

Excellent location very close to the city Center, the river is just across the street, shops nearby and the station is at a walking distance. Staff very friendly and a very nice, bright room with kitchen and very nice bathroom facilities. Clean linnen is provided, only thing lacking is a towel..

Fantastic location, easy walking to attractions and bus station. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Staff were very helpful with information and bookings. I liked having kitchen and bathroom facilities for the room . Cleaning of the room each day was excellent
