The staff are very nice and respectful… very accommodating.
The smoking policy was not discussed upon check-in. Then we got a penalty of 3000php. We paid for it anyway coz it was our fault. I suggest that there should be warning signs in each room to include the penalty, not just the law itself coz people will not have time to read the whole of that anyway…

All the staff were super friendly, everything is very clean, and the buffet breakfast was great too (lots of options for local food)!
Nothing wrong with the property (but a spa or sauna might have been nice!)

Staff were friendly on arrival. Rooms are spacious and all had cooking facilities which was brilliant for our big group because it meant we can save money by cooking our own food. I love the fact they can even provide rice cookers!
Our room had a drainage smell coming from bathroom but I think it can be sorted out.

location, convenient to eat, good food in the restaurant. complete amenities. staff cleans everyday and trustworthy. We leave our valuables and came back still in place even the suite was cleaned.
just the old coach and the bathroom sliding doors. they’re very hard to open.

rooms given to us is like a room for a prisoner , not worth our money paid for such a very warm and very small room, it was so stupid to book for such kind of room. outside view can attract you , but be careful, you need to ask them first your kind of room before you proceed to stay in this hotel, front desk staff are not friendly :-(

Foul smell from bathroom pipes. heater not that good. tissue bath towel smell like antiques... need to lsundry. tv control not working. no coffe table at veranda. no elevator from parking.. parking too tight.. train your staff to smile and be friendly

They do not refill food and clean plates anymore at the breakfast area even if it was still an hour before closing and more guests were coming. Service is also not that good during breakfast. Noisy lobby that can be heard all the way up to the room during wee hours.

Concierge, bell boys were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the beds and duvet. Getting a taxi was quick. Breakfast was ok.
That I asked if I could borrow a strainer and operator said she would ask but never got back to me. Also, reception staff lacked welcoming smiles. Found bathroom small and outdated. Also, a designated smoking area should be appointed. Coffee at Kuya J breakfast and from bar were terrible. And most importantly, it is NOT an Eco Friendly hotel. Too many single use products - plastic water bottles, condiments in sachets, bath amenities in disposable tubes.
