Good location

breakfast was good; the Chinese restaurant on the 4th flood was excellent (of course one has to pay for this); the bed was comfortable; the river view is very nice.

the bathroom file looked dirty; the cup was not clean. It is close to the Futien custom house (950 meters) but we had to walk 15 min to the hotel, and there was nowhere else to eat except for the hotel restaurant, which was not bad at all in itself, but no other choices.

This is my favorite hotel in Shenzhen by far. It's centrally located to the Futian city center, but isolated just enough to be extremely quiet and peaceful. I stay here for staycations once in a while and always look forward to it. They have a great pool, spa with a sauna and hot tubs, a state of the art, clean fitness center, and a wonderful breakfast spread. We also did the Dinner buffet which also has a phenomenal spread and is a fantastic value that can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and choose the Four Points Sheraton.

Absolutely nothing. I LOVED everything. It's an extremely well run hotel with warm, welcoming, and helpful staff who are extremely patient and proactive.

Chose this because we wanted to be close to the apartments to meet friends. The upgraded room was perfectly serviceable, a good size with king double bed and plenty of storage space, we had great views, the bed was comfy but for the money we paid, we expected a lot more character from the Sheraton chain. A single splash of colour would have made all the difference which sounds silly but we would have liked the room/hotel all the more for it. Kettle in the room, good selection of teas + coffee, water replaced daily, very good housekeeping with clean towels everyday (if required), bed made etc. AC good, shower hot and pressure good. Concierge and front of house staff were excellent and super-helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, a wide range of Asian/European foods on offer. There are shops close by and a really fantastic cultural quarter with great bars and restaurants within 15-20mins walk away (Cyclus is a must, fantastic food!!)

Beige. Beige. Beige. The overall impression was beige. From the decoration to the general overall feel of the place, it just felt beige. We paid a lot for a superior king room and although we got an upgrade and moved because the first room we were shown was just not up to scratch, we still felt that the Sheraton chain could have done so much more. Definitely needs to have more colour in the rooms and general lobby areas. Coffee at breakfast was weak and needs more attention. Non-smoking rooms should NOT smell of smoke.
