Smell

We paid a fair bit more for a spa room. No spa bubble bath stuff supplied and I was told we should have brought our own spa soap/bubble so very disappointing. The bathroom condition is run down with paint peeling off tiles in many places. Also no one was in the office at check out time and no instructions where to leave the key, so I had to run around and in the end left with the cleaner. Overall poor management of hotel and guest services.

Bed was very uncomfortable, bedside lights didn't work and fridge wasn't cold

Clean, Neat and Affordable

The air-con in our room wasn't working and it was winter. They offered us to go to another room, but because we were tired we stayed in the same room. They provided a blow heater.

Location was handy and reasonably quiet given it was on a main road

There was a turd in the toilet even though the seat had the paper seal They were asking if our dog would shed hair yet we were paying an extra $50 per night for the dog There was no wifi at all and they claimed it was Telstra outage although Telstra tracker showed no faults in the area

It was lovely after a long drive to be greeted with a smile and able to buy a really nice bottle of local wine to have with take in Indian food. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Well done guys!!!
