Staff were extremely welcoming, happy to chat, share ideas and were genuinely interested in us enjoying our stay I also loved the idea of sending the service instead of the waste of having daily room service

Room had everything we needed as a family of four. Room was serviced everyday. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful.

It is a little bit far from the center so you need a car but that is also good because it was very quiet.

Great playground at the entrance for your little ones. Caroline was nice. The room was clean, the beds were comfy & it had a kitchen to keep our drinks cool in the units fridge plus the room had a heat pump that had my partner & i, warm and cozy. the sky TV had the movie channel also which was a bonus on a cold night in.

There could have been more drinking chocolate, only had 1 X in our room.

The reception lady was kind and helpful.the rooms are warm with aircon and carpet. The spa and pool were clean and had pool towels. Close to town.

The games room was kind nda cruddy and didnt have touch going.

The spa was absolutely amazing. One of the best we have experienced.

The cleanliness and welcoming staff were exceptional and the surprise was the quality of the restaurant food which were were not planning to use but were so please we did , as the quality of the food and drinks were well beyond what we expected and is the positive lasting memory of our stay. The hoists / manager was also warm and engaging and she made us feel engaged and really welcome . The roomed and facilities were clean and functional but a bit dated .

Decor and overall look was clean and functional but dated. The food quality aand menu if all dishes are as good as we experienced in the restaurant are far better than the decor and feeling of the aged facilities.

Heater, Kitchen, Electric bed warmer, Heat light in the toilet. Near tourist attraction, supermarket.

The slop in the toilet may let water out of the toilet door and make kitchen a bit wet.

Need to update the shower area to include some type of non-slip flooring.

The staff and the room cleanliness was excellent.

Would strongly recommend putting a door in the shower area.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help with the cold pool situation by upgrading to a room with a spa.

My only problem was the swimming pool was not hot. I did not like how much I was charged for my one night stay. Way over priced.

The location, restaurant and the staff were great.

The room and soft furnishings are a bit tired and due for an update.

Very nice little motel. We had the two bedroom spa apartment. Nice joint living room area, kitchen and then two bedrooms both with ensuite. Private spa Jacuzzi outside the back on a small patio area, we didnt use it but it looked fine. Nice shared Pool/BBQ area outside, again didnt use it, but it was clean, tidy and water was heated (geothermal area).

Beds were super soft and hence very uncomfortable. All 4 of us had sore backs the next day. If these were firmer then we'd have had no problems there at all.

Great location, close to the centre of Rotorua and a lot of tourist attractions. Large spacious room with plenty of facilities.

Room had a musty smell about it. Outside spa was too cold to enjoy and looked like it had missing pieces. Games room, mini golf and pool furniture could do with an update.

The shower pressure was impeccable! The room was spacious enough for two people and the air conditioner was nice and quiet for a good sleep. the lady at the desk was extremely friendly and just as welcoming as the adorable golden Labrador that greeted us on arrival.

Though I’m glad the place was cleaned however the smell of bleach was quite overpowering.
