Spacious room than standard, clean room even thought a bit old structure. Quiet room. Excellent mattress. We liked the wide shower box. Reception staff were very kind. The door between bedroom and bathroom was good. There was a door between the lift and guests' room area. We had an excellent quiet sleep. We chose this hotel for its free sauna. The sauna was excellent.

5euro /night for parking space, not for the garage. Advertisement emails from the hotel.

Bed was quite uncomfortable. Location is rated highly, but the hotel is actually in an industrial area, about 10 minutes drive to Montpellier centre. Seems a bit pricey for what you get.

The hotel blocked the funds on the card six months before arrival, then checked my card several times. I will definitely not go back to a hotel that treats customers.

Very friendly staff.

The sink didn't work. Location is quite far from city and no shops nearby. I was looking for a toothpaste at 9pm but no shops open yet around location and not available in the hotel even if I want to buy one. But overall is perfect.

The room was NOT covid ready. It was dirty and the duvet was so bad I did not use it. There was only 1 set of cutlery and no folks and one plate so we could not eat together. There was no where ti sit and eat either. The chair provided was completely destroyed by cat claw marks(i am allergic to cats, so it might be best if they tell people animals have been in this room). The mattress is only just clinging into life! The bedside light broken. The curtains covered in what looks like blood. Dust everywhere, every light switch filthy. The walls filthy, the window horrendous. Im short so couldn’t get shower water to hit me as the head is not adjustable.

They do not provide any basic need in the room, not well cleaned, it looks clean but you realise floors and corner are remained I cleaned for long. They completely withdrawn extra money from my card just for security deposit which was weird and I wasn’t I formed about that. It took almost a week to be refunded

Being overcharged and charged twice! Not being told how to access the car park at night. Can you advise how to get the excess charges refunded? Also shower not working.

The place is great! The neighborhood is quiet with a few great restaurants. The room is clean and decent with air conditioner and the WiFi speed is fast. I went there for a few days to focus on work and everything’s perfect. The staff are very hospitable and I had a fantastic stay there. Definitely gonna come back:)

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The appartment was spacious, simple and proper for a longer stay (one week). Pretty good price. Good location: close to the center and the beach.
