The pool was really good.
The view of the room wasn't good.
4.0 / 5.0
It was very close to the dead sea and it wenr bus to the beach for that during the whole Day. In The pool area there was a Security for accident all Day which also was good as there were severel pools. The rooms were very nice and the service was good. Totalt experice was very good for me and the children. To the food we preferred the alacarte inspelad of buffé to have more special and specific food.
The hotel shop was expensive so If I go again i make sure to have everything with me and some extrasnacks. Because there was far to find another shop close to the hotel.

They have a private beach in the dead sea which is very helpful and transportation to get you there. Breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly.
They didn't have standard european plugs but had the three pin plugs in the room.

Bus service to the beach, breakfast was ok, rooms spacious with comfortable bed.

The staff were helpful, they quickly accommodated our requests for our baby. (like a baby bed) The location is very good, but a private car is required to reach the hotel. The view of the hotel was perfect. The room has a wide, confortable balcony. Food was tasty and adequate. Poolside activities in the evenings are enjoyable and fun.
The furniture in the room was broken and old. Cleaning was not good enough. You are waiting for a long time to use the elevator due to the intensity.

Very close to Dead Sea with free shuttle up and back to the beach. 2 nice pools although would be better if one kept adults only as mentioned on booking.com. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Bags checked on way in, couldn’t even bring in half bottle of water bought while out touring for the day. Limited food options - expensive buffet or a la carte food that’s not great. Snacks and drinks expensive and restaurants understaffed.

Good service, excellent food quality
Far from the center

In general the hotel is okay. Very kind staff. The breakfast was very good, with much choice. The rooms were okay en the beds were comfortable.
The maintenance of the outdoor area. I personally dont like when places are not well maintained. Esspecially the pool area needs attention. Some paint would do wonders.

Helpful front desk staff
The gift shop hours were not customer friendly.

Very nice hotel and nice rooms with a view. Very far away from everything if you need a break. Shuttle bus from 0800 until sunset to the Sea. Walking distance also. Nice pool area and a big variety of food in the buffet. 17JD each person for dinner or order from pool restaurant/lobby for a la carte. Fridge & water in the room.
Very few staff working in the diner area which made eating a challenge. No cleaned spaces available and service were lacking a lot. No drinks included in the dinner price.
Be aware that the adress isn't easy to get to from both sides of the highway.

the location for the Dead Sea, was really good. they have amazing access to the Dead Sea with a shuttle bus down.
the rooms weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The bins in the room weren’t emptied, we had no towels, the sheets hadn’t been changed.

overall good value to stay on Dead sea or near Amman. although the property is a bit dated but it is clean and fully functioning - the pool is ok and kids have separate pool with slides. food is good.
the corridors and doors are a bit chipped and could use a coat of paint

the hotel was clean and staff very friendly
the chef was excellent and went out of his way make me something that I wanted
the bathroom was a bit tired and do with door replacing as it was damp and damaged
the beach is approximately 800m away as described the shuttle bus was old and dirty with uneven floor. The water was brown and muddy at the beach compared to the public beach near Wadi Mujib. highly recommend beach if you have a
car

The check in was smooth and fast, the room was clean and breakfast had a wide selection of different kinds of food. The car park is located next to the entrance. There is also organized shuttle to the Dead Sea beach.
The building needs maintenance. The tiles are coming off, the furniture at the restaurant needs to be cleaned, the lawn chairs at the Dead Sea beach are in dismal condition. I also did not appreciate the policy of "no drinks or food allowed from the outside". I had bottled water with me and I had to leave it in their storage.

It was very good enjoying dead sea and using a bus and mud. I needed to go airport at 4:30 AM because of flight schedule. I didn't have breakfast so I asked your staff whose name was solof. he was very kind and eagerly. If I have chance to go dead sea, I will stay your hotel again. Thank you solof~

comfortable rooms, nice staff, good breakfast and dinner
they used to serve alcohol but not anymore
there is nothing around the hotel
the beach is almost 800 metres far away but they have a free shuttle and I understand its not the hotel’s fault as the level of the Dead Sea is decreasing
4.5 / 5.0
Location was excellent close to Dead Sea just a short walk but courtesy bus laid on every 30 minutes if required and lovely pool area. Food was excellent and reasonably priced

Friendly staff, nice pool area, spacious and comfy room
The beach is full of litter. It’s always a mystery to me why people drop litter but even more of a mystery why the hotel doesn’t pick it up! The music played by the pool and sea is irritating. Especially by the sea which could otherwise be a very tranquil relaxing experience. And there’s no alcohol in the bar which in a western hotel that’s full of Europeans, in a country where alcohol is legal is frankly bizarre! And the number of day passes they give out to day trippers means that beach is often packed and and detracts from the exclusive feel of the hotel.

Rooms are big with incredible view to Dead Sea
Buffet can be better

location and the view
bathroom drainage needs maintenance, exhaust doesn’t work

Absolutely okay, like any other big wellness centre.
On the toilet the small flushbutton was not working.
We had to pay for everything (map, water, turkish coffee at breakfast). I don’t like this policy.

The best thing about this hotel the staff and location to the beach.
The hotel is tired and needs some love and attention.
4.0 / 5.0
the restaurant, private access to Dead Sea and the pool
the direction is complicated going to the hotel

The room was very clean and had a nice balcony with sea view.
Very expensive food and drinks on site, personnel seems unmotivated and everything took very long. Very noisy during the night (probably due to a Jacuzzi from the balcony above).
3.0 / 5.0
Great sized room, pool facilities and the buffet was amazing! Staff were very helpful.
Issues with he room, hairdryer felt current on it as it was faulty, room key had many issues with getting into the room and the safe did not work. Shame about the beach definitely needs a clean up from clutter and litter.
