Excellent staff. Friendly, professional, willing to help with anything. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get a good night's sleep.

Pillows were a bit hard. But it was a great place and we will stay again.

I will be staying here the next time I come to Ecuador. I loved my stay at Suites Metropolitan. The room was spacious and clean. I loved that I had a mini fridge and a small kitchen area in my suite. it made me feel at home.

Wifi would cut in and out at times.

We booked a night in Quito after switching our flight to add an extra day to explore the city and did not regret it at all! This hotel was a great value and the staff was helpful with our requests including extra pillows, helping us to print our antigen test results to prepare for the airport, and calling us a fixed rate ($25) taxi to the airport after checking out. We picked this hotel because of its location close to Teleferico (8 minute taxi ride, $2).

There were multiple dogs barking outside of our window throughout the evening which did keep us up a bit during our stay. Additionally, there are not many restaurants within walking distance of this location

The staff at Suites Metropoli was exceptional! They helped arrange transportation for us, and the suite we stayed in was exceptionally clean. We will stay here again next time we visit Quito.

Courteous staff, good breakfast, clean and large bedrooms, comfortable beds, not a noisy environment. Easier to access with your own car.

Nothing much to dislike considering the price. It's by far one the best value for money deal I got in the whole country. If you drive a large car, the parking will be a bit challenging. That's all.
