Only thing good about it was the location.

There wasn’t ANY hot water - not even warm water! We couldn’t take a shower so glad we only stayed 1 night. This is not like a hotel or motel - there isn’t a desk with someone to help you - and they will charge you $50 if you call the help #! Awful awful stay - we will never stay at a Premier Suites Plus no matter where it is - ever again.

The size of the apartments was great, very comfortable and clean. My only downside was not being able to access the balconies. Having 2 and not being able to go out wasn't good.

Wasn't the apartments fault, but all the roads around were closed and we couldn't get the cars in to take me to my wedding. We weren't informed of this prior to the visit.

The apartment was much bigger than expected, very comfy. Location was ideal, virtually on George Square. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent, great place for bars and restaurants. The staff on reception and maintenance are fantastic. We had a problem with our hot water and we were moved to the penthouse which was amazing. This is our second stay here and we will return again for our next stay in Glasgow.

Apartment was very nice and clean, kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable

Was very hot in the rooms. One fan didn’t work and we would like to open the windows and door more for ventilation. Also only 2 towels provided for 4 people. Floor squeezed badly in second bedroom , anytime someone walked into the hall or kitchen the bedroom squeezed waking us up all night.

Couldn’t turn the rad off in the bathroom! It was so hot in the apartment. Made me feel quite unwell. Such a shame as the location was superb x would’ve really appreciated a coffee pot. The pod machine in the room was broken

The suite was spacious and clean, the kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea as well as some cutlery and a good coffee machine although the complimentary eco friendly pods did not work well with the machine. There was complimentary water and milk provided. The location is just across from Queen Station so it is really a good spot for access to public transport. I believe that the area can be noisy over weekends as it's quite busy. Close to really good restaurants and great variety of dining options in the area.

The location on Booking.com's map is off, the building entrance in not as well indicated as needed, the reception is on the first floor and there is just one elevator, which was broken so it meant hauling a heavy suitcase up the stairs. The pictures does not reflect the unit I got, also breakfast is not included, and housekeeping can be very persistent on cleaning the apartment even though one asks them to come back later, looks like they are on a clock that does not have much flexibility. The blinds was a hassle to operate and the mechanisms might need replacement,

Sofa uncomfortable. Needs another sofa or chair. Parking is at least 15 minutes away and about 25 pounds a day.

Directions to carpark garage to lodging was very confusing. Unfortunately, we were there during extremely hot weather and with no air conditioning and only two floor fans it was uncomfortable. There were two balconies but neither was usable due to restrictions.

It was very central and close to transport and major attractions. Our apartment was very spacious and airy.

A few little things… having a bond taken without an inspection to note pre-existing wear/marks and our bathroom door was jamming and the other doors need wedges to keep them open. Only very small issues

Apart-hotels are always more comfortable and spacious than hotel rooms; this place was no different. The bed was comfy and all the rooms were properly cleaned.

The size of the apartment was a bit misleading; the entry way was more cramped than I thought it would be. The other rooms were okay though; the living room was actually pretty spacious. Another thing that was not clearly communicated on their webpage was the £250 security deposit they require before providing access codes or keys. That caused delays during our check-in, which wan't great as I had literally just gotten out of the hospital and I just needed to get some rest. I had also asked for a late checkout and was told that the cleaning staff will be informed so as not to disturb us, but they barged in the next morning. There clearly wasn't proper communication between the admin team and the cleaning crew, but even after seeing the chain was still on, they left the door open and persisted to try and get in. All the ruckus was very disruptive.

We did not arrive until after the office closed. Staff tried to contact me throughout the day but I didn't have any service. Instructions upon reaching the office were clear and we were inside our room within 15 minutes of getting there.
