The location was great easy walk into the township.

It was not very clean, floor was dirty. Broken toilet seat, items in the toilet were rusted & cooking items were peeling. Found items in the couch that were from previous people that stayed in the unit (vapour & inhaler) Water was green when filling up the bath, leaving the bath with dirty rings around it.

Good location, plenty of space, good outdoor area. Good laundry and secure car parking.

Property is a great concept but starting to look tired. Although in fairness the owners were doing some renovation on one of the other units. More needs to be do in the bathroom area. People with young children would not be worried. The upstairs bed in unit 2 is a shocker!

the general maintenance of the villa was poor, in need of major maintenance through out the villa,there is no way of exiting the unit through the rear door in an emergency as it was deadlocked and no key was available should a fire break out in the front of unit windows not closing properly vertical blinds badly damaged and missing sections from nearly all windows the general cleanliness of villa was poor fry pans in kitchen should be thrown out as coatings are peeling off lounges need proper cleaning as they are badly stained toilet seat requires replacing in poor condition in general I wouldn’t recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in eden

Main bed mattress was terrible. I had back pains and by 3am had to move downstairs to another bed. My wife had back pains the next night. A pity as the rest of the accommodation as great.

Excellent place in great location. probably best for a group of people at that price as there was plenty of room. For two people probably no need for the size. Would be great for a family but still enjoyed it very much. Eden is gorgeous place.

We stayed there for 7nights and it was a very satisfying stay. The place made me feel like a home and I was definitely sad to leave. The location was perfect and the view was so beautiful. Had everything we need for a comfortable stay. Dish washer, washing mashing, dryer, kitchen, BBQ and spa bath. Also has a big TV with Google Chrome cast built in, so we were able to watch movies from our subscription. Own garage was definitely a plus too! We stayed at unit 1 and had perfect view of the wharf. Warehouse in front blocks a bit of sea view. But still have lovely view.

-Bed was definitely not the most comfortable bed. It's quite thin and hard. So as pillows. -As much as I love the big window facing the sea, top part of the window is not covered so it get quite hot during the day and can be a bit too bright at night if you are sleeping on the loft. -There is no clothes drawer or clothets to organise. -Frying pan was very old and dirty, so we ended up buying one. But all that are not a deal breaker and we absolutely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back and stay!!

The location was great and the villa was lovely. The sofas were really comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed. We loved having the double garage too!

The spa bath does not work, and the downstairs queen bed is not comfortable - we could feel all the springs-suggest adding a mattress topper. There were also a lot of ants in the kitchen, we lost some food to them but kept everything in the fridge after that.

the openness makes it feel very roomy. loved the view and aspect.

the vertical drapes was an issue missing lots of drapes the people in the unit next door could see straight into our unit as was the front verticals missing many this needs to be rectified as all the the missing slates were in drawers in the unit TVs were outdated seriously a plasma tv in 2021with a vhs player
