Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Riad Bayti in un gruppo di 8 persone per qualche giorno, e siamo rimasti incantanti da questo: pulito, camere spaziose e accoglienti, terrazza meravigliosa, e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili (phone, saponi, asciugamani, Wi-Fi, appendi abiti, e anche un free drink per camera), oltre che in posizione strategica per vivere Marrakesh nella sua tradizione. La colazione al mattino molto buona e abbondante (pancake o crêpes, torte, the, caffè, macedonia, yogurt, marmellate e molto altro), una mattina servita anche prima dell’orario per un’escursione molto presto che avevamo. Inoltre, abbiamo deciso di cenare al Riad la prima sera, e posso dire che è stata la migliore fatta a Marrakesh: il nostro Gaetano (abbiamo soprannominato così il membro dello staff tutto fare del Riad, che si occupava anche della cucina) ci ha deliziato con il suo Tajine (nessun’ altro mangiato è riuscito ad eguagliarlo) e il cous cous, oltre ad antipasto e dolce, il tutto delizioso e molto abbondante. Ciò che però ci fa dare 10 come valutazione è sicuramente Abdel, il gestore del Riad, che sin dall’inizio della prenotazione si è messo a nostra disposizione, organizzandoci tutte le escursioni, che sono state indimenticabili e con personale di qualità (deserto con cena e cascate di Ouzud), con pazienza e dedizione, servizio taxi e navetta aeroportuale, oltre a esaudire ogni nostra necessità. Possiamo sicuramente dire che è stato il punto di riferimento del nostro gruppo (un po’ bizzarro e sopra le righe) diventandone parte integrante. Tutto ciò ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile.

El personal es muy amable y se esfuerzan por resolver cualquier problema que puedas tener. El Riad es agradable y está bien situado dentro de la medina. Se esfuerzan por crear un ambiente muy agradable en el patio central con música que te invita a estar.

Por citar algo, las sábanas y toallas estaban como muy viejas y renegridas. Aunque estaban limpias desmerecían un poco el lugar.

L’emplacement est top, le personnel est au petit soin, le petit-déjeuner est juste ultra copieux, varié, fait maison et change quotidiennement! Merci à Abdel pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme et au propriétaire de nous avoir rassuré au téléphone!

Many thanks to the manager, Abdel, who is exceptionally helpful. The Riad is pretty, and the terrace beautiful and quiet. The included breakfast was great. Very well situated.

The hammam recommended by the Riad was fair for its price, but if you're looking for something more "premium", maybe try another.

Everything: the hospitality, the position (also goood for solo travelers) but, book the taxi pick up in advance with Abdel, they will bring you to the Hotel, because the taxi can’t get you there at the Hotel, since is in a small street inside the market of spices

Riad je prekrasno uređen i prvi dojam je wow. Sve je čisto i uredno, vlada opuštajuća atmosfera, pravi zen. Osoblje je jako uslužno, dočekali su nas čajem od mente i keksima. Menađer je drag čovjek koji je za nas organizirao prijevoz od/do aerodroma i izlet u pustinju. Objekt je smješten u sporednoj uličici, ali jako blizu vreve i nije ga problem pronaći.

Doručak je bio tradicionalan i skroz drugačiji od onog na što smo navikli, svakako bi raznovrsniji izbor bio plus.

Lovely locally run Riad with beautiful roof terrace. It’s a shame you can’t have breakfast or dinner on the roof so you are always down in the courtyard which means the pool does not feel very suitable for swimming as there are tables and people eating around you. The shower in my bathroom was just a hand held douchette and not much pressure. My room was quite noisy from the street and quite dark. Staff were very helpful although didn’t speak much french or English but that didn’t bother me. The location is excellent as you are 1 minutes from the places des épices with all its charm and delicious restaurant and only 10 mins from the main square. Wifi was excellent on all floors. Thank you very much!

Loved our stay here ! Beautiful Riad , so peaceful and inviting. The manager, Abdel, was incredible to work with from the very beginning. He was so helpful in booking special outings in Marrakech such as a Hammam! He made sure our stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming. Cannot recommend Riad Bayti more!

Only bad part was not staying longer ! Would have loved to have relaxed inthe lovely rooftop with my book . Book an extra day to relax :) Too short of stay- Will just need to come back!

The staf was amazing, all of them : cleaners, waitresses and waiter, and of course Abdel. location is very convenient, quiet area. Superb roof terrace, beautiful breakfast (with daily fresh orange!!! yum!)

A fridge in the room would have been very useful. There are no price tags anywhere in that country and I am wondering: we booked 3 excursions for a total of €180 pp through the riad, while the same ones on booking.com were €110 pp, (extremely similar to the ones we’ve done). here is my question: was there a typo on booking.com price list or were we overcharged by the Riad? 🤔🤔

Very good location in the old medina. Very nice staff. Most only know French. Nice decor. Both in the rooms and in the dining area. Omelette at breakfast.

Breakfast is very dough centric. Hot water ran out in the middle of the shower. There are stains on some of the towels.

We spent 3 nights at Riad Bayti in March 2023. The location is outstanding, within walking distance of most major attractions and the souk. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Abdel the manager who was very helpful and readily accommodated our late evening departure by storing our luggage and giving us essentially free run of the riad's public spaces after we checked out, including the lovely rooftop terrace where our room had been located. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is good.

Our suggestions for small but important improvements would include providing bottled drinking water in rooms - which seems to be a common practice in Moroccan hotels and riads - as well as clearly labelled soap and shampoo.

conveniently located near Bahia Palace and Badi Palace, easy walking distance to Saadient Toms and Emaa el Fna market. Good breakfast. lunch/dinner could be ordered in advance. In room massage could be arranged. Riad allowed us to leave our backpacks with them before check in.

couscous that we ordered for lunch was so so, a few pieces were not even warm.
