Great breakfast good value and great service

The quiet room was great and the motel is very close to shops and restaurants in Queanbeyan. Travel time to the popular sites in Canberra was generally minimal.

The room did not have the listed DVD player.

Location was on point. Very close walking distance to most of the shop and not far from the plaza

Lots of space for all the family. Staff were happy to help us when we arrived an hour early.

The worn look of the carpet and furniture. Tight access for vehicle.

Great location. Its better than the photos. The beds abit soft but I like a firm mattress. Could here the neighbours TV but can't do much about that.

The guys motorbike warming up for 10 minutes early in the morning.

pillows were very thin and I was unable to sleep every well. kept tossing and turning each night.

Bathroom was extremely dirty. Don't believed was vacuumed or mopped and it was not to standard. Soap scum on shower wall and on dispencer on wall near vanity . A dirty (staned towel) folded on ra k. Ceiling fan extremely dirty . Hair on soap holder , hair on double bed under pillow. All mirrors smeared . Damaged pull down bind that didn't go down. Drapes that thin light wad filtering through at night. Couldn't leave window open as there was a big hole in screen . Crumbs in all cupboards where cutlery etc was . Even if we showed a little early however never pushed them as we paid tge bill amd headed out fir awhile . I still believe in standards amd there are items that need more TLC.

Good location and despite being busy, exceptionally quiet! We had our dog with us and there was no issue, very welcoming.

Nothing - everything we needed was there. After a 7 hour drive from Victoria it was very welcoming with comfy beds, good telly, aircon and tea making supplies.

Was disappointed that the restaurant and bar was not open as that was the main reason for my staying there.
