La tranquilidad y la atencion de su personal. Isabella muy atenta y me ayudo con el check in .
Solo la puerta de la habitacion un poco dura de cerrar pero no perjudicó en nada .

Quarto limpo, pousada muito aconchegante e com ótima localização, café da manhã muito gostoso!!

Estrutura em geral, quarto, áreas da pousada, área verde e pscinas. Um lugar para ficar vários dias, praticamente na rua do centro histórico. café da manhã ótimo, tudo fresquinhos. Funcionários atenciosos interage conosco.
Ter fica só 2 dias, queria ter ficado 7

A localização é boa, um pouquinho distante do centro histórico (15 min a pé ) mas o caminho é bem tranquilo e o bairro super seguro é gostoso.
Quartos e instalações sempre limpos e bem cuidados, jardim, piscina.
Ótimo atendimento por parte dos recepcionistas, café da manhã bom também
Achei que falta um pouco de manutenção nos quartos, nota-se que algumas coisas estão um pouco antigas.
Os colchões não são muito confortáveis.

A localização é muito boa para nos locomovermos a pé pelo centro histórico. O quarto tem uma rede super confortável, eu não queria sair dela por nada. A pousada tem estacionamento amplo (em reforma), piscina e tem muito espaço. Os quartos são confortáveis e tem muitos canais na TV. O café da manhã serve muito bem.
No café da manhã podiam melhorar a indicação do que cada item é, e possíveis elementos alergênicos, achamos um pouco desorganizado nesse sentido.

a internet não estava pegando no quarto, descarga quebrada, luz queimada, eu fui na recepção falar e não resolveram nada…

Staff was amazing with a great service level, Location is perfect for being around the city center, Cleaning was very good.
Facility is a bit old and needing maintenance on details, but nothing critical. Breakfast is lacking flavor and quality.

Great location, and very useful and friendly staff. They would always help and you felt very welcome. It's within walking distance of the historic old town which many pousadas are not. They also had parking and wifi which was important for us
For European standards it's very basic and a little run down, however it was clean and functional. I think they were in the process of refurbishing which is a good sign.

The hotel is very well located, close to the historic center and the room was very clean.
I had trouble with the shower, the water would become too hot.

All staff was super nice and gave very good tips of what we could do around.
Breakfast was delicious and the bed was soo comfortable.
We stayed in the second floor so we had a balcony with a view to the pool, really nice
Shower wasnt cold, but wasnt hot either. After a escuna ride and being very cold, it would be nice to take a hot shower

The breakfast was great. Decent variety and everything was fresh. The ladies serving were very friendly and helpful
The Wi-Fi in my room( number 21) was not so good. It worked but all the time the signal was weak or cut off, there was no consistency and was impossible to stream Netflix or watch something.
