L'accueil est parfait (attention récupération des clés avant 20h) parking très proche. Magnifique village où il faut passer au moins une nuit dans un trullo. Logement très propre, avec beaucoup de charme. L'emplacement est idéal pour balader dans les petites ruelles et profiter pleinement du centre historique.
Le petit déjeuner servi dans le restaurant d'à côté, rien d'extraordinaire.

que estaba bastante lejos dentro del “barrio” y no resultó comodo ir y venir con valijas…. para colmo nos toco lluvia!

Posizione strategica vicino al centro con parcheggio non molto distante dalla struttura ad un costo accettabile di 6€ al giorno, staff molto gentile e disponibile, il nostro trullo molto spazioso e confortevole c’è ne hanno dato uno più grande di quello prenotato, buona la colazione in conclusione molto soddisfatto

The property is at the heart of Alberobello, very clean and comfortable and also you have the added wow fact is that you sleep in a real Trullo!
Breakfast with the property, overpriced and the overall quality was a big disappointment. .

Could do with more directions/information on parking and that they charge 10 euros a night extra.
The parking information was a bit sketchy to say the least.
Also, do not pay the extra 5 euros for breakfast,
The staff are very rude and made me feel uncomfortable, the food was terrible (buffet style) hardly any choice and once it was gone, you had to ask them to fill it up, which they seemed very reluctant to do.

Loved the experience of staying in a Trulli. The location is in the heart of Alberobello, and a 5-8min Walk to the train station. Laura was very welcoming and helped arrange a Taxi transfer for us.

The access to the heart of the town is good.
The location is in quiet residential area.
We stayed three nights and on the last day, the room was not totally taken care of.
We had to make our beds, and we were obliged to share a few towels left unused.
The worst thing is that the Tipico management has not responded to the complaint and and left it unanswered.

The central location is great, within easy walking distance to everything and the public parking lot is close. The Trullo was much larger than we expected - with a kitchen/sitting area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. The staff were very kind and helpful.
Not a huge deal, but if you have mobility issues just know that you will need to bring your bags uphill to get to the accommodation.

The room was great and the location too.
The internet didn't work. We talked with the staff about it and they didn't make anything to fix it. We needed to use the internet for work and we thought that was possible to do in the room, but no.

The experience of spending a day or 2 here is very interesting and fun. The room was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful 😁😁 and the location right in the middle of the city with lots of places to shop and eat .
