Beautiful room and furnishings.
Nice and close to shops or entertainment facilities.
The elevator system in the carpark was hard to figure out as we were told the wrong one to enter from receptionist. Clear bays aren't also marked.

The light-filled space, the balcony, the kitchen, the washing machine & drier with washing liquid. The view. The hair dryer.
No face cloths, had to go to reception for more toilet paper and tea bags. The lift broke down - but one day, just in time for check out, which meant lots of people had to either squeeze into the other lift or wait for a long time. But the staff had organized the repair - it just took a while.

Had much more than most studios do. Loved the fact that it was fully self contained so we could cook & do laundry. Great wardrobe space. Close to supermarket etc. Ubers arrive in 1 minute!! Close to airport. If needed I could live in this studio.

Large suite.
1. Car parking charges, $30.00 per night, we're not disclosed until the day before arrival and after free cancellation period expired. 2. Hotel cut off our hot water for six hours without telling us, but made no apology. 3. Guests have to walk outside to get to reception so if it's raining, which it was, they get wet.
4. Housekeeping and maintenance staff play havoc with the two lifts, locking them off for various periods. This seriously increases wait times for the one remaining lift. 5. Even on the ninth floor, east side, traffic noise can be heard night and day from the seven lane highway below. 6. The bedroom TV remote control would not work.

Great apartment for a large group/family! It was very clean and well managed. It is also really close to East Village (2 mins walk) which has many shops, restaurants and bars (include a Coles that's open till midnight). Location is a little further from the city but perfect for getting to the airport (only about 15 mins away).

Location is very convenient, we purposely chose this location as it is close to uni. shops and public transportation. Room is very spacious, clean and receptionists are very helpful and kind.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi for downstairs room and study was very weak. Extra charges for late checkout (3 hrs) was quite expensive after i stayed there for 5 nights.

It was handy to what we wanted to do, and remarkably street parking was easy to find
At the time of booking, I requested a room with disabled facilities for my wife by a separate email. However, on arrival the staff knew nothing of it and the best the lass could do was allocate a room with minimal steps. The block however only had one lift working for the whole 5 days so it was taking 10-15 minutes on a couple of occasions to enter/exit the building, and another resident told me it had been on/off for weeks like that

Bed was comfortable. Having the availability of a washer and dryer helpful.
Only one elevator was working, we were staying on 21st floor. The refrigerator was leaking water, The first request said, " there was no problem." Had to request a second time due to puddles of water coming on floor from refrigerator. Refrigerator was exchanged. The microwave was not working, unable to find someone on how to operate.

The two bed room apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Looked like a brand new. Some amenities were missing in our room but I should have asked the staff. I’m sure it was accidentally forgot to place them.
We also stayed in the one bedroom for 3 nights. It was older but very clean and equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

The windows do not close well and the hinges need to be checked, as it keeps the outdoor noise coming in.

Zetland was a "new" suburb in Sydney. The apartment was new, well appointed and the pool, spa, gym and sauna facilities were great. Parking there was easy (paid $30 a night) and we found the location central to our needs. Many great eating options within walking distance. Would stay again!

Not as clean as it should be. Our shower was mouldy, dirty under and behind beds, tiled floors looked clean but were sticky. Very hit and miss room servicing, kitchen not particularly well equipped. No cleaning products which would have been helpful given the absence of cleaning during our 10 night stay.
Lifts regularly not working reliably.

This 2 bed suite was amazing. So much space and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. I will definitely be recommending Meriton to friends and family. The Zetland location was perfect for the airport and getting around on public transport, wth a Coles supermaket and plenty of places to eat all within walking distance.
